up to and including experimental paints bc i want to buy splatoon and a wii u and i have very little in my paypal account left and that just cannot do

pixels (reluctantly) $20 base
outfit design (may make a new base) $25+ onbase, $45+ offbase (fullbody flat)
custom character design (all offbase) $65+ comes with an outfit if you want
fullbody flat $42 base
fullbody shaded $50 base
experimental paints $70+ and dependent on character complexity and whether i wanna do it or not. i'll go over the process of this with someone if they want this
