Commissions rules and terms (2015)

Just a few terms and condition for anyone who wants me for a commission
1) Starting from now, I'll take NSFW commissions too. There's much I can accept, and much i reserve to refuse, for example, talking of fetishes, we better discuss that first, I'll tell you if I can do it, or not. This is a tricky thing and I hope you'll understand, I cannot draw stuff I don't like, to say the least. But I can normally draw what I like, or causes me indifference. Let me know 'bout it.
2) I'd prefer to have clear and complete information. If i have a doubt, I'll ask, but misunderstanding is around the corner, so try not to forget important stuff, and explain in detail.
3) I'll show you a preliminary sketch so to let you see if it is going well. If you don't like something or you need a modify, tell me at that point, or never again. The same, if you want, will be done with the coloring, as I'll show you flat colors to decide if you want some change. When the full color begins, I'd prefer not being stopped in the middle of it. It would be a huge, huge pain. So huge, I won't change anything at that point. You've been warned.
4) I need the payment to be done BEFORE I start working on the commission. Nothing personal, but I have a lot to do, speaking of my life, or speaking of art and comics. I won't allow anyone to waste my time.
5) No refund. The reason is: there should be no reason to expect one. My gallery is there for you to watch, I expect you to believe in me, and I hope to be chosen because I deserved your attention and trust.
I'm sorry this is a little harsh, but no jokes about money, I'm sure you get my position here.
