:: PAYMENT RULES ::

- Payment via Paypal
- I do not do holds. Period.
- You have 24 hours after the initial claim to respond to me. After 24 hours the adoptable will be put back up for sale. This prevents what I consider to be 'forced' holds.
- PLEASE BE PROMPT IN YOUR RESPONSES WHEN PURCHASING. Please try not to claim and leave for an extended period of time.
- Adopts will be sent out once I get an email confirming the item has shipped - I have my notifications on. This is to prevent cancellations of Amazon purchases before shipping. Commissions will be started in the same manner, item is shipped out, I will start. Otherwise I have no guarantee that once an Amazon item is 'purchased' it isn't immediately cancelled upon receipt of art.
-While I will entertain haggling on older adopts (posts older than a week) I do not take kindly to CONSTANTLY being asked to make a deal. I work hard on these adoptables and more often then not they are already at a low price.

:: ADOPTABLE RULES ::

- Once purchased, changes to the character are allowed (i.e. gender, hair color/style) in future images/representations of the character.
- You MAY NOT alter the original image provided upon purchase.
- I DO NOT edit adoptables. The design is sold as is.
- Make sure to credit the base maker as well as myself at least once when posting the design on each new website.
- Adopts, once purchased, are allowed to be resold but at a price no higher than what you originally paid. Additional art can only increase the price if the art was commissioned.
- Adopts are allowed to be traded or gifted away.
- PLEASE ensure that you SAVE your adopt as soon as possible. I clean my sta.sh, DropBox and files regularly and will only guarantee that the individual file will remain in my sta.sh or DropBox for 72 hours. After 72 hours, I can not guarantee that an individual file can / will be recovered.
(( Failure to save an adoptable does not give you the right to request a refund. ))
- Any adoptable(s) won via raffle may NOT be sold but can be gifted or traded away.
- Any adoptable(s) maybe NOT be used for commercial use (i.e. pins, t-shirts, posters ect. with intent to sell for profit) or as a company logo/mascot. You may offer commissions/raffles featuring or including the adoptable design (i.e. 'win-a-date' commissions, couple art, ect.)
- Physical goods can be made or commissioned of a design but for personal use only.
- I do not have any restrictions regarding kinks/fetishes/labels you may apply to or use your design for.
- I will NEVER reclaim an adoptable unless there has been a payment charge back to that specific adoptable. If a situation like this occurs you WILL be contacted in hopes of resolving the matter in other ways before I take this action.

- DO NOT make any of my designs into a new closed species.
- You're welcome to change the species of an adoptable into a PRE-EXISTING species IF allowed by the species creator/owner.

:: COMMISSIONS ::

- No changes to the original image file may be made.
- You may not use any artwork received from me for commercial use. It is for your personal use only. It MAY be used as reference but must link to any of my galleries.
- Commissions are for personal use only and may be uploaded to gallery/image hosting websites so long as proper credit is given.
- 'Works in progress' screenshots will be discussed on a case by case basis and may not be provided for certain commission types.
- Minor changes MAY be requested if I missed any distinguishing features that were present in the reference(s) given to me.
- I will not re-do any commissions for free, so please ensure that all information you have given me is correct. Changes will only be made in WIP stages. Revisions in WIP stages are free of charge so long as I missed any distinguishing features present in the reference(s) provided. Extensive or excessive changes not discussed during the ordering process may be subject to an additional fee.
- Excessive changes due to improper references will be subject to an additional fee. So ensure you have ALL of your references sent to me before you send payment. I am not at fault if something does not look like a piece of reference that I was not provided but more accurately fits your character.
- By commissioning me you are purchasing my labor.
- I retain all copyrights over my work, which include, but are not limited to; the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon. This only applies to the pieces I, myself, have drawn. Bases used in the creation of a commission, ref sheet or any other piece are property of their creator(s).
- If requested, your art may be kept private but must be done during the ordering process.
- Additional fees may be present for written references as this often requires more revisions during the work stage.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, whether they be new or previous clients.
- FULL refunds will not be given or approved once work has been started.
- Partial refunds may be applicable depending on the status of the art piece.

- By purchasing my services you are agreeing to all the above terms.


*I very rarely refuse to serve customers or to make sales but if for any reason the transaction makes me uncomfortable ( i.e. new account, poor communication, buyer-bewares ) I will politely decline.
