Commission Terms of Service/FAQ!

Decided to finally make a terms of service for everyone to skip through read!
if something is unclear feel free to comment below and ask so i can add it to this journal!!
Where can I contact you?
Through my notes! I check them whenever i can! If it looks like i have read your note but have not replied, it's because i'm on mobile and waiting to get to a computer to reply!
Payment method?
I require payment via paypal with USD!
If something occurs with the commissioner/me, you have the right to ask for a refund.
You do not need to pay for the paypal fee
DO NOT send money as a gift. ONLY send it as goods and services!
DO NOT write anything in the notes section on paypal. Leave it empty.
What would commissioning you require?
I require references for a regular commission
for a design commission I will ask what you had in mind and a color palette. if you want it modeled after a specific species, I require a reference to the species you had in mind! this assures that we're on the same page!
Usage of art/designs?
once you have paid for the commission / design, you may do with it as you please. you may edit the commission and add effects, you may reuse it, repost it, etc...as long as you give me credit for the original drawing!
For designs, once you purchase the species, you have full rights to the whole species. you may make it an open species, a closed species, and make multiple characters and adoptables of the species and are allowed to make $$$$ off it!
however, just make sure you give me some credit for designing the species for you!! its only fair!
What will you draw?
I will draw nsfw if thats what you're wondering! You need only specify
and since the list is VERY LONG in the stuff i can draw, I will only list the things that I WILL NOT DRAW UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

What do you use to draw those pixels?
i use MSpaint! I hardly ever use SAI for pixels
Do you use any other art program?
if not mspaint, then mostly SAI and photoshop!
Will you ever open up SAI commissions?:
