Terms of Service:

My Rights
1. I reserve all rights to my art via US copyright law. Regardless of characters depicted, it is my art.
2. As such, I retain the right to post the finished piece to my gallery, and touse the piece as an example for future commissions.
3. I reserve the right to cancel, and issue a full refend at any time. If any commission is cancelled by me, a full refund will be issued. Already completed commissions will not receive a refund.
4. I retain the right to reuse any WIP sketches, or poses from cancelled commissions. The User loses all rights to the art once a refund has been issued.
5. I do not sell prints of commissions.
6. The user may not remove my signature from my work. I retain the right to issue take-down notices if the signature has been removed.

Your (the user’s) rights
1. The user may re-port the art at will with due credit to me.
2. The user retain the rights to their characters.
3. The user may use the art as a reference for other artists.
4. If the user needs to cancel commission, it must be done prior to my starting. Once a commission has been started (and is canceled by the user) only a partial refund will be issued. I will not issue refunds on completed commissions.
5. The user may only produce prints strictly for personal use (either on your own, or at a commercial printing shop) The user may NOT sell, or redistribute my art work without permission.
6. The user will be given one watermarked WIP at the sketch stage. If you would like another at a different stage please inform me. Any major changes to be made must be mentioned at the sketch stage.

I will not draw:
“Hate art” of any kind, especially towards any protected class of people.
Body functions. (Scat, watersports, vomit, etc)
Gore
Vore (of any kind)
Hyper (of any kind; Muscle, fat, cock, etc)
Inflations
Rape (of any kind)
Another artist’s style

Holds
I do not hold items for a maximum of 72 hours. After 72 hours the item is no longer on hold, and is available for other people to purchase.
I will not hold the same item for you more than once.

Payments
Payment is due no longer than 24 hours of agreement.
I will not finish a piece until payment has been received.
I will only accept payment via Paypal.
Adoptables that are not paid for with-in 24 hour period will be re-listed and sold.
I Do not accept e-checks
