Hello All! I saw someone suffer some terrible issues recently in a dispute with a commissioner so this is just a formality to protect myself and my commissioners.

-At this time, I only accept PayPal payments in USD through Goods and Services (please check the "no address needed" box if the item does not need shipping AND leave the notes blank)
-I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any viable reason (rudeness/disrespect included)
- Refunds are ONLY available BEFORE the image is flat colored
- Only 50% of the refund is available if the linework is complete (you have to have approved a sketch before I even get to this stage)
-I do have ill family I live with in addition to my own health problems. Commissions may take time (not 6 months or anything but 6 weeks is a possibility at times, just talk to me, I'll try to get it to you as soon as I can)
-You may enquire about your commission status at any time, but unless I'm online at that moment, expect hours to a day for me to respond.
-Technical difficulties are a very real possibility. This is something that will halt production until I receive a new part or item as it's impossible for me to work without necessary tools. This is not something I can work around until the item is replaced or fixed, please be mindful of that.
-With adopts, do not alter the original piece I give you. Do not instantly sell it for more without additional artwork. Do not claim to have made the design.
-Under no circumstances is someone other than the commissioner of a piece to repost said piece without written permission.
-Under no circumstances is someone to claim my artwork or characters as theirs.
-Under no circumstances is someone to trace, copy, or distribute my artwork.
-Please be respectful to my watchers, friends, and myself. Repeat disrespect will lead to being blocked.
