I can't believe we're back in this again...

My mind is a strange place sometimes. Do you dare enter this bizarre place?
So here it is, 4 months after the last "financial situation" update, here's something that might not surprise you, and might make you laugh at me like every other asshole in the world is doing right now... But please hear me out...
Just today, I got a notice from several different agencies.
1: I owe $230 for my electric. (due date August 5th)
2: I owe $100 for my cable, which I partially use to update my Navy work when needed. (due date August 5th)
3: I owe $70 to keep my phone active, which I need to communicate with my superiors, as well as work and other people. (due date August 5th)
4: I owe $350 on a credit card, which I used to keep my house stocked with food. (due date August 27th)
5: My car is breaking down soon, and I need to get it repaired soon. (estimated value: $100+)
Altogether, I owe almost, if not, $1,000 in debts and other finances, and I cannot pay them with only $400 in my bank. I am screwed beyond any means imaginable. I have tried reaching out before, and I wound up getting trolled, harrassed, and ridiculed by so many people who once supported me. (One of which happens to be among the Wichita Falls community, but I will not name names...)
I know I sound like I'm begging, but I'm asking from the bottom of my heart... if you can help me, PLEASE HELP ME. I only have a week before my problems become worse, when my services get shut off.
