SOHCAHTOA -
Sex on hard concrete always hurts try other areas
-When commissioning me, you have the rights to the character you are commissioning me for. However, I as the artist still hold the rights to the image itself. I don't mind if you post the art on other accounts and link back to me, but you may not use the art in commercial ventures or products without first discussing with me and being prepared to give suitable compensation.
-As the artist I hold the right to sell commissioned pieces as prints.
-I always take full payment upfront, no exceptions. I will refund you if I think I will not be able to finish your commission but I will not refund you once the commission is complete. Please look over my art carefully and make sure you like what I do before commissioning!
-My prices are per-character, and unless I am running a special there is no discount if you want to include one of my own characters in the image.
-What I will and won't draw is up to my discretion. My big "no's" are sexual cub/babyfurs, watersports, scat, vomit, inflation, and hyper, huge muscles(depends on the character though). Other than that, if you haven't seen me draw it before, ask! Chances are in your favor, I love drawing new situations.
-Please provide up to 3 accurate references with your commission note/email. Text descriptions should very descriptive.
-I will try to be flexible with my style if you ask me to be (drawing something more cutesy or serious) but I will not copy another artist's style.
-Past the WIP sketch stage I generally cannot and will not make large changes to the commission. If it was present in the ref sheet and me overlooking it was my error, I will absolutely add it on free of charge.
-If there's something you don't like about a picture, the WIP sketch stage is the time to let me know. I won't get upset if you ask me to change something at this stage. Total pose re-draws are fine once, so please be specific if you want something specific. Past the one pose re-draw I will charge for additional sketch re-draws.
-You may absolutely post what you have commissioned from me on your personal accounts! Please link back to me in some way, though.
-You may make small edits to a picture yourself if you'd rather not ask me to do it, such as eye-color, adding in jewelry, etc, but please state in the description what you have edited. You may not make edits to the picture to circumvent my ToS. An example of an unacceptable edit would be to edit a feral picture I have drawn for you to have explicit genitalia, or editing an image to include scat.
-Once you commission me and I haven't started yet, please do not keep changing what you want. I will become confused and won't know what to draw.
-I reserve the right to decline any commission if I am not comfortable drawing it.
-I do suffer from mental illnesses, so getting the motivation to work on art is hard. Please be patient with me. Bugging me numerous times about commissions makes this worse for me. Art will get done with it's done. I won't forget.
More will be added when I think of it.
