Updates to site terms - Artist raffles severely affected.

It is now against site terms of use to give out extra raffle tickets if someone advertises your raffle. It is also against the site terms to ASK users to advertise your raffle at all.
The only way that raffles can be advertised are on your own page, or if your watchers decide "of their own free will" to advertise for you.
