A challenge to you(and me)
16 years ago
Simple, I gained 6 pounds over a stressful period after a layoff. I now have a new job (yay) and am looking to lose what I gained. :) For every post in this journal I will add a minute to the cardio(running, etc) part of my workout for the next 3 weeks Help me make a change and get back in tip top shape before summer rears its head. :O
You will be doing me a big favor and I will stick to however many posts there are. Post away and tell EVERYONE to gangbang this journal with one post. (YEAH)
Cheers and thanks! I will tally up and start on the 10th. :)
ALSO: Anthrocon 09, what up Pittsburgh.
PS: SERGALCHU IS THE BOMB
GOAL: 164 POUNDS FROM 170 WE CAN RAPE THIS BELLY MADNESS!

I do enjoy running and I go hiking routinely. I bet there are some really kickass places to go hiking if you're still in the same vicinity you were last time.
Good luck with your next job hunt.
Good luck.
RIP old buddy ;;
A change of diet is fine too!
I mean, I lost quite a bit of weight forsaking fatty snacks and soda between meals, fursonally.
Wait a second. 170 pounds? Don't you mean 270?
Aren't you american?
How's the american dream? Working in the US sounds both enticing and scary to me

Get to work.
Not that 170 is a bad weight ('cause that's what I'm at).
Actually I'm really one to talk LOL.
