Terms and Conditions
I will Not be drawing anything that is illegal in my state of residence.
NSFW: you must be 18 to commission these. By ordering a nsfw piece from me you are agreeing that you are above the age of consent in my state of residence (and yours).
Prices are for PERSONAL USE ONLY by default. if you want commercial use rights, the price is higher. **
No Characters beneath the age of consent.
Some subjects will incur an upcharge. (ex. scenes depicting violence, or themes I wouldn't include in my portfolio)
My procedure for working:
1) I require all reference/descriptions/relevant information to the piece you would like Up Front. Based on this I will give you a quote. Work does not begin until payment and all material/information is received.
2) I will provide thumbnails (sometimes this stage is not necessary, a simple headshot for example would not require this) and you choose which one you want to move forward with.
3) I present you with the rough sketch of the final image. If you have any issues you should let me know at this stage. (PLEASE NOTE: any issues should be relevant to the information you gave me up front. if you "forgot" to mention your character has big elaborate wings, or that you want to change the pose or add any NEW information, there will be a fee. )
4) When you approve the sketch I move into the final stage. The piece will be finished according to the information you've given me up to this point. (any changes required after this will incur a %25-40 price increase on the total commission.)
Timing: I aim to complete any commission within the week that I receive payment for it. Rarely something unexpected might come up that delays me, if it does I will communicate this with you. If you have a deadline you would like the image by, let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Sales: These are first come first serve (with exception of my top tier patrons, who always get first priority), speedpaints. They are generally done in about an hour. Keep an eye on my feed, the sale goes on until I've removed the image advertising it or stopped my stream for the night.
Payment information:
I take payments through paypal. (temixart15@gmail.com) and are required up front before any work will begin.
for commissions above $100 I am willing to discuss payment plans.
If you would like to start small and have a piece developed with time, I'd be happy to do this.
(ex: you want to commission a full-body fully colored image but can't afford it right now? Let me know, you can pay for the line art up front, and then come back to me later to pay the rest of the balance toward getting that lineart flat-colored/toned/fully-colored/add-a-background/what-have-you. But you MUST let me know if this is your intent, I don't always save the full-quality original art if I don't think I'll need it later.)
**These prices are for Personal Use of the work commissioned. What does this mean? It means you can post these images on your blogs, journals, role-playing profiles, and show your freshly purchased art however you please! You do NOT have the right to reproduce, (i.e. print-for-sale, claim as your own, or re-sell the art). I retain the rights to the image, (though if they're your characters, obviously that IP still belongs to you) including but not limited to the ability to post or print the image and use it in my portfolio. (if you would like to be credited or would NOT like to be credited when I post these images, let me know! I'm happy to oblige! Also if you would like the image to be kept offline for a period of time [perhaps it's a gift for someones birthday, or you have other reasons] that's fine as well, just let me know.)
Commercial Work
I do produce commercial work , if you're interested in something for a company (logo's or mascots or book-covers or album-covers or t-shirt designs or concept art) or IP development, let me know up front and I'll do my best to ensure that the work is easily applicable to your medium. Reproduction rights to an image require a different contract. Exclusive reproduction rights require a separate contract.
