This is a different type of event for us to attend. There is a small local improv comedy group called Bring Your Own Improv. They perform three shows every Friday night at the Warwick Museum of Art. The first two shows are family friendly, but the 9 p.m. show is their "Late Night" show for adult material. (Improv panels are held at furry conventions and run by the con's attendees.) This show encourages members of the audience to not only give suggestions for the sketches, but also to come on stage and perform as well. If you're feeling courageous enough, join in!
I'm planning to attend the 9 p.m. show on Friday, September 4. The show runs for about an hour and a half.
Tickets are $8 at the door.
The location is the Warwick Museum of Art at 3259 Post Road, Warwick. It is a small brick building next to Warwick City Hall and it looks like a small castle. Parking can be found behind City Hall, the library and the museum. Enter the front of the building from the street. The museum has a green sign out front.
Fursuits are obviously not allowed.
