These are the full terms of service for commissioning me. Understand that by commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms. So please be sure to read over all of them to ensure you agree to all the rules outlined here because if I receive a note or comment about commissioning me, I will assume you have read over all of the rules.

Guidelines
✎ Please check my journal header for info on when I'm open for commissions. Please do not comment to ask as I often do not know exactly when I'll be open again and don't want to give a bad estimate.
✎ I am not a NSFW artist. So I will decline any commission requests for (Adult) NSFW subject matter. I also will not do most (if any) fetishes.
✎ Likewise, I will not agree to draw anything that makes me uncomfortable. Since I am offering my time and services, I feel it is my right to feel comfortable in my workplace, thus I won't take on commissions that make me uncomfortable. (This may be for subject matter, species or poses I'm not practiced in, or various other reasons.)

✎ Commissions can take anywhere between 1 week to 1 month to complete. This may vary if I have difficulty with your specific commission, IRL issues arise, or if my current commission load is a bigger than normal.
✎ I am not required to give you previews for your commission. I may offer them if I'm uncertain or would like your opinion on the progress but you may not require it of me as this at times can hinder my progress. However, if you've waited for 21 days or longer for a commission, you may request an update or preview.
✎ If you'd like your commission finished around a certain day/time, then I require at least 2 weeks advance notice plus a rush order fee to put your commission at the top of my work order list.

✎ Reposting finished commissioned work is fine so long as I am credited for the artwork.
✎ I require references. Under rare circumstances I may accept a description of a character (only if for ref sheet commission). No SecondLife or IMVU references accepted.
✎ Unless it was an error on my part at the time of the commission, I will not make revisions to any commissions.

✎ I accept Paypal only.
✎ All payments must be in USD.
✎ Payments in full are taken upfront before I begin. On rare occasions (if the payment amount exceeds $70) I may allow for split payments.
✎ Payments must be made within 24 to 48 hours of commission request. I will not begin work until I have received payment.
✎ All payments must be marked with "goods or services" and if prompted for an address, you must mark them with "no shipping/address needed".
✎ When paying, include your FA username + Commission type.
✎ Alternatively, I may request your paypal to invoice you for convenience.


✎ Refunds are only given if I cannot complete your commission for some reason.
✎ A full refund will only be given if I terminate the commission or if it's been less than 48 hours after I've received payment.
✎ If commission has been started then you will not receive a full refund. You will only receive a refund for the amount I've not yet completed.

✎ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, even without explanation. *This is a rare occurrence but this is just to cover me should the need arise.
