Payment
╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
Payment is mainly accepted via PayPal only.
Other forms of payment may be negotiated through
an email or note, but probably won't be accepted.
Payment is required to be fully paid before the
commission is started.
Payment plans are available for commissions of $100 or more
with a deposit required before the start of the commission.
The unwatermarked image will not be sent until the
payment is completed.

Refunds
╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
- If a commission is cancelled before work has begun,
a full refund will be given.
- No refunds will be given after I have started the commission.
The artist reserves the right to refuse service to any person,
or refuse to do any commission without reason or explanation,
and cancel a commission at any time. The commissioner must have
a legitimate reason to request a refund (buyer’s remorse is not
a valid reason, and may be subject to a fee if canceled).
The artist retains the right to cancel and refund
a commission due to rude behavior, harassment,
poor communication or any other reason that
prevents or delays the work from getting done.
Commissioners do not have permission to post
sketches or WIPs of cancelled commissions in their galleries.
╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯
Copyright
╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
The commissioner owns all rights to their original characters.
The artist does, however, retain all reproduction rights
to the images produced (including sketches or concept work).
This means the artist can do things such as sell prints, create
merchandise, compile artbooks and otherwise use the artwork
for profit and promotion.
Commissioners have full permission to post the
commissioned work on their accounts, use them as icons,
and for any other personal use only with proper credit.
Proper credit is a link back to my Furaffinity gallery
(preferrably clickable) and my clearly visible signature
or watermark on the commission. The commissioner is
not allowed to reproduce, sell, publish, auction, transfer given rights,
or reprint any work(s) or work in progress images without
written permission from the artist. Violations of this ToS will result in
the work being removed from display and rights revoked.
Art shall not be altered in any way, including redlining, coloring,
unauthorized edits/alts and removing artist signature/watermark,
without the artist's written consent. This will cause the poster to
be reported for art theft and banned from future commissions and
permanently blocked.

WIPs
╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
A work in progress will be provided to the
commissioner at certain stages upon request
(sketch approval, final draft). Commissioners may be
eligible to make changes to a piece before the final draft
of a work is started. (Read the next section for more info on
edits, changes, & fixes.)
Commissions are completely up to the artists discretion
unless reference is provided, thus the artist has artistic
freedom on pose. If there is no reply to the work in progress
sketches for 5 days, the artist will finish the commission
and no further alterations will be made without a fee.
Livestreaming can be requested, but must work with my schedule
╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯
Edits, changes, & fixes.
╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
Complementary changes can only be made at the
initial sketch stage. They may include clothing changes,
or small posing or composition changes.
No free changes will be made after the coloring stage.
Repetitive changes will result in me losing interest and I will
begin charging for changes that are taking me beyond acceptable time.
Please have a clear idea of what you want beforehand,
and request sketches if you are particular.
Multiple changes, large changes, and changes
after the painting stage will be $35 USD per edit.
If a mistake was made on the finished image due to the
lack of info from the reference images provided, or any
other form of misinformation from the commissioner,
it will cost 50-80% the commission price to fix
depending on the mistake.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much do commissions cost?
It depends on the type of commission! I offer many different kinds with different prices. My price guide with examples can be found HERE
How will I know when you're going to be open for commissions?
I announce open commissions slots through journals, so make sure
you're watching me to keep an eye out for them! (:
Please pay attention to the info in each update, as they can be pertinent to you getting a slot and a finished image correctly and by a decent time.
What will you draw? What are your limits?
I am willing to create art of almost any subject matter, clean or adult.
Unique characters and interesting scenes or concepts are greatly appreciated as a challenge. I am comfortable with creating art of any animal, human, or creature; feral or anthro. There are a few things that I absolutely will not draw. These include scat, babyfur, pregnancy, and MLP. If you have a question about what subject matter I will accept, please note me.
Or of course, you could always bribe me. Haha!
How long will my commission take to finish?
I'm a college student with a fairly busy schedule, so please keep in mind that commissions are done on MY time, and may take anywhere from 1 hour to 4 MONTHS, depending on my current class schedule, workload, and other life events.
If you have any questions at all (regarding your slot, questions about commission content, etc), feel free to contact me through a note or email me at torithecreator[at]hotmail.com
