Grayscale - Base Price: $50
Monochrome manga/doujinshi-esque look with digital deleter screentones shading.


Toned Color - Base Price: $75
Basically, it's a pastel-colored version of a grayscale - has soft colors and is shaded with tinted digital deleter screentones.



Full CG - Base Price: $85
The most popular commission type. Vibrant colors with many details and soft, gradiated shading. My highest caliber.


The price of your specific order is based on the number of characters included, whether or not it has a detailed background, any internal panels or cut-aways, etc.


Base Prices include 1 character and simple glow/gradient/colorwash/pattern background;
Extra characters, internal shots, backgrounds, etc. cost extra.
My local sales tax of 6.875%, rounded down to the nearest dollar, will be applied to each order.


Additional costs: Add these up with the base price of your desired tier to get the estimate for your order.
Extra characters: +$30 USD each; Background: Starts at +$30 USD; Internal Panels: +$30 USD each; Cut-Away: +$50 USD each, No Cut-Away Version included free.
Complexity fees, if applicable (complex character, background, camera angle, detailed pose description, etc.): $10 ~ $50 [depending on complexity]

Also, when you provide the refs for the order, please make sure they are up to date and that they are a faithful representation of how you want me to draw the character. I am not a mind reader, and I will try my best to draw the character like they appear in the ref you provided to me. Even if it's someone I have drawn before, OCs' appearances do change over time and I respect that. So I will always be drawing them based off the ref you provided in your order form! PLEASE keep this in mind!

For Comic Orders:

The price for these vary greatly and I can't tell you an exact quote for the order until your slot is reserved and I template the comic page(s) out for you. It is priced per panel, not per page.
However, here's a very rough ballpark estimate of what you can expect to pay (yours may be more or less than this):

Grayscale Comics are roughly $30 per panel (and any cut-aways are $50 extra each). Usually around ~$150 per page.

Toned Color Comics are roughly $40 per panel (and any cut-aways are $50 extra each). Usually around ~$180 per page.

Full CG Comics are roughly $50 per panel (and any cut-aways are $50 extra each). Usually around ~$250 per page.

Q: Darn! I keep missing the window to submit my commission to you! What should I do?
A: That's OK! You can feel free to submit your order form anytime you like, even outside of the normal window! I will get back to you on my next commission opening about it.

Rules/TOS:

PREFACE:
This “Art Commission Agreement” Terms of Service , hereby effective on the present date and time that the commission order is placed, is hereby entered into by the following parties:
The Artist (Herein referred to as “MementoMori”, "Ace", “I”, or “me”)
and the Client (Herein referred to as “the commissioner”, “the user”, or “the customer”, or "the client", or “you”).

These terms of service apply to the parties, whether or not they have read them or have knowledge of them.

Now and Therefore, the parties agree to the following terms:

You must be 18 years of age or older to order anything from me, even if it's something SFW.
You may not use my art, commissioned or otherwise, for the creation of NFT.
You may not use my art in any AI art program.
You are not allowed to train a Lora with my art; you are not allowed to upload my art, even if it’s a commission you ordered, into an AI for tweaking. I do not want it analyzing my artwork or style in its data, please understand. Thank you.

Full commission payment is required up-front, via Paypal or Zelle, before your order is started.

Note on Payment for Multi-page Comic Orders:
For multi-page comic commission applications, if I accept your comic order as one of the slots for a given month, the other pages are guaranteed slots for every month thereafter until it's completed.
I will send the invoice for one page of the comic each month.

Payment Options:

I accept Paypal or Zelle for payment, and I can also accept BTC or ETH, as well.

Group Order:

Groups are OK, but I will always only send 1 invoice to the Paypal e-mail of the person who ordered the slot. If payment is through Zelle, I will accept the full payment of the order through one Zelle transaction. Everybody is free to send their halves of their payments to that person (not me). I'm happy to wait until that person receives everybody's halves to make the full payment, if needed, however.

Split Payments:

No split payments on anything except Multi-Page Comic Orders.

For Multi-Page Comics:

You pay for 1 page per month - and I complete 1 of the pages per month.

Refusal of Service:

I reserve the right to refuse service to anybody. I expect the same professionalism and respect that I give to my customers to be mutual. Rudeness, or being an impossible-to-please customer will not be tolerated.

Upon completion of your order:

You will receive 2 versions of your finished artwork in .PNG format to the desired e-mail address - the "Standard Size" (which is the shrunken, polished 'finalized' artwork that would be posted places - 1700 pixels on the longer side), and the "Hi-Res" or 'working size', which is usually 4000 pixels on the longer side, it's the raw, less polished version for your personal viewing pleasure.
However, if you ordered many variations for your order, I will provide the Hi-Res versions upon request, because I don't have enough room to send all the attachments in one e-mail.

Refunds:

I cannot refund anything that I have started on or completed. You are paying me for my time and service as an artist, which I cannot take back, please understand!

Note: Chargeback fraud (saying it was an unauthorized transaction or opening a dispute or otherwise, to get your money back through brute force) is illegal, and I have zero tolerance for it! You will be reported and banned from ever ordering commissions from me again.

Edits:

During the Sketch WIP stage, edits are free.
Once the piece is finished, edits are charged a fee, of varying cost based on complexity.
Also, edits are only possible up until 1 week after your order's completion. After that, I no longer have the working file so I can't change it anymore.

Changing your order to something else after you placed it:

While you are free to submit as many idea order forms as you like during the acceptance period for the month, once I choose the idea, it is not allowed to be changed thereafter, as it would cost a different price than the invoice I sent you.

WIPS:

I will provide 1 WIP sketch. If I see that you have read the message when I sent the WIP, I will assume after 72 hours of no contact that you were happy with it and I will need to move on.

Private Orders:

I allow private orders, if you specify you want it to be private I will never upload it anywhere and I will never show it to anybody, only to you.

Uploading to my Gallery:

Likewise, please understand that if you order something from me, I'm not guaranteed to upload it to my gallery and you shouldn't be expecting me to; I have a specific criteria for what and when I choose to add to my gallery, please understand, it's my job. I like all the orders I draw, but I can't always upload them. You are always allowed to upload it to your own gallery if you like, though!

Deadlines:

I do deadlines for an extra $50 rush-delivery service fee, on top of the regular price of the order. The deadline must be at least 1 week away from when the date you paid for the invoice.

Can Do/Can't Do

General:
I'm completely comfortable with drawing any species (anthro or feral!), wings, etc. etc.!
I'm also 100% comfortable with drawing humans, humanoids and demi-humans too! :3
Robots & Mechas (overly complex details/designs will be simplified down)
Most Armor (overly complex details/designs will be simplified down)
I'll draw any gender too - male, female, herm, intersex, trans, genderless, etc. etc.! :)
I'll draw OCs and existing (copyright canon) characters!
Note: Any underage characters are depicted legal age on my works
I'll draw characters without a visual ref (text description), but it costs extra, depending on complexity of the description provided.
I can use a real photo of you as ref if desired but it costs extra
You are allowed to use AI art you generated as references on your order form, I don't mind

I am happy to do the following Hard Vore scenarios:
Soft Cutting/Slicing/Butchering anywhere up to the shoulders (no organs, just like ham slices). I'm really into this scenario and I would be happy to draw it. I also am happy to draw chewing Hard Vore (Same-Size or Macro/Micro). Vampirism. Candy Guro Hard Vore. Any kind of Pre-Vore Cooking/Preparation, so long as the prey is alive. I'm into it myself and would be happy to draw it. Blood is fine.
What I won't draw is death (I always want the prey to be alive), skinning, guts (I always cartoonize it to a ham-slice look) and decapitation (cut down to the shoulders is fine).

For Non-Vore:
General Clean/SFW Themes - pretty much anything is OK for this one really

NSFW porn, ie. two characters having sex basically (Any Gender, Any Sexual Orientation)
BDSM - Most themes are OK, and again Any Gender, Any Sexual Orientation is OK
Foot/Paw themes are OK too

Whether it's vore or non-vore, I allow any orders to have existing characters, your own OCs, and other peoples' OCs(so long as you have explicit permission to use them from their owner)

Graphic Digestion (Only Digestion I'll draw is melty digestion.)

Also, please don't overly-complicate your description of what you'd like drawn when you order.

Also if you want something exact like for example, exact sizes (ie. if you want your micro to be 1.5 inches tall, or your character's boobies are a DD cup), when drawing sizes like that, please understand that it was my interpretation of the size and I did my best okay? :3 I'm only human. Perfection isn't possible for me!
