Upon commissioning me you will be held to everything stated below! Please read carefully!
Payment
All prices listed are USD. I take Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks and Paypal at any time, unless otherwise specified. If your commission is under 50$ I will also take a money order from the POST OFFICE only! I can take Square as a last resort. My favorite method of payment is a Cashier's Check for anything above 50$, and Paypal for anything below 50$, but this is not a requirement.
I prefer to send you an invoice through Paypal and Square. It helps me keep everything organized. :) So please wait for me to send you an invoice.
Please be ready to pay for your commission within ONE (1) week of placing your order. I will not begin working on your commission until I have received at least 30% of the full payment for any order at or above 100$, but anything under 100$ I will not break into smaller payments. It becomes a serious mess when multiple people pay in different increments for small orders. I may or may not be lenient on this issue. Assume I will not be! If it takes you more than 2 weeks to pay, you will be dropped unless otherwise specified. Just wait for the next time I am open for commissions to nab another if this happens to you.
Refund
If I have not begun any work on your commission, you will receive a full refund (3rd Party fees may be present for Paypal and Square which I have no control over!) I will only give a partial refund for commissions which have been started. The amount refunded depends entirely on how much work has been done. So PLEASE be sure that you are entirely committed to your commission before commissioning me!
Prices and Extra Fees
Prices listed under the Commissions tab are considered starting prices and are subject to change. An additional fee may be added to these prices for, but not limited to, any of these features-
-Wings
-Complicated Designs (Including Coloration or Markings)
-Rush Fee
-Multiple Edits (I will fix mistakes to a character design free of charge, and will allow 3 edits for free, but if I start having to repeatedly alter the composition or something big I will have to ask for an additional fee)
Extra Information
Please have your reference available immediately. Prices will be based on the design shown- so if there are features missing from your reference (such as wings or complicated markings) which are described later, AFTER I have given a quote, then I may ask for an additional fee. If you do not have a reference, please describe your commission subject in as much detail as you want me to consider AFTER you have secured a spot and I have told you that I will be working with you. If you are unsure what you would like to commission, please try to have it sorted out within a few days.
If I am helping you create your character for the first time, then please be easily available to contact so that I can make your character as perfect as possible. In this case, we can negotiate tons of edits in order to make your commission as perfect as possible.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason, in which case I will give a full refund. Please note that, at this time, I am not taking ANY nsfw/adult themed kink/fetish related work unless otherwise specifically stated elsewhere. I do draw mature content though, such as nudes/violence that is NOT gory/heavy subject matter. I also will NEVER take a commission that is specifically hateful or promoted slander towards an individual or group.
I am the SINGULAR owner of all of my work! I reserve the right to promote my work with your commission, to sell your commission as a print, or to use the image that I create for my own purposes. For legal purposes, I only own the IMAGE of your character that I specifically create. Your character belongs to you, and I will never claim ownership of the character itself.
