1) All payments are to be made through Square in USD only
Art and other designs will only be accepted as payment in rare circumstances
2) With flat-rate sales payment must be made within 24 hours of claiming a design, otherwise it goes back up for sale
With auctions payment must be made within 3 days of winning the auction, or the design will go to the next highest bidder
I can make exceptions if I am contacted before claiming a design
3) Designs may be resold for a minimum of what you paid for them. Additional value can be added for any additional art/worldbuilding you've done as well as commissions
Designs can also be traded or gifted
4) Artwork may be reuploaded by the person who bought the design / whoever the design was bought for
I simply ask that LDP-Adopts and/or LivingDeadProxy is credited for the artwork
5) Please do not heavily modify the design! You can amputate limbs and scar them to oblivion but please do not change the markings to the point that the design is no longer recognizable
(do not buy a design if you're just going to change everything about it. that's what customs are for)
6) Feel free to change the designs species. If you want to change them to an original species, please get permission from the species creator
7) Myo slots for my original species are available on a case by case basis and will be announced via journal
Please don't pester me about them regarding any species not fully fleshed out
8) Designs can be used for whatever you want!
Use them for AARPG, comics, RP with them I don't care
My closed species such as Arcturyns and Illuvine however cannot be used for any form of profit as they are incredibly personal to me and will be used in an upcoming comic of mine
9) As the artist I deserve the right to use all my artwork for self-promotion, in my portfolio, or as examples for commissions
10) Any commissions ordered featuring characters bought from me (LivingDeadProxy) receive a 10% discount
Please remind me by linking to the original image the design was bought from
This only applies to whomever owns the design
IN THE CASE OF EGG ADOPTABLES
11) Finished designs will be posted to LivingDeadProxy!
12) I will not sell eggs "as is" under any circumstances!
I am uncomfortable with the idea of not getting to finish the designs for them and so will not just sell the egg to someone for them to design something for it
13) Finished designs can be done either on ooak lines or on any bases I have on hand. Off-base designs cost more however due to the extra work it is for me to do them
14) Designs may be posted to ToyHou.se! Please credit LivingDeadProxy for the design if you post them there
15) Designs can be bought for another person, so long as they are still paid for, just let me know who's going to actually own the design so I have it in my records
