By applying to get a commission from me, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
I reserve the right to refuse or refund a commission at any time and for any reason.
ARTWORK RIGHTS:
-I retain copyrights to the artwork, the character owners retain copyrights to the characters.
-I retain printing rights, though any for personal use by the commissioner is fine. The commissioner does NOT have the right to distribute, re-sell, or use a commission they bought from me on merchandise without express written permission from me.
-I retain display rights, though commissions can be kept private on request. You can display the image in your gallery as long as the watermark is left intact.
COMMISSION PROCESS:
-Comment in the commissions journal, specifying what type of commission you would like and I'll add you to the waiting list.
-Note me with specifics (pose, ref sheets, reference pictures, ideas, etc) and we'll talk it over so I get a good idea of what you want.
-I will note you when I am ready to begin on your commission, and ask you for your payment at that time. Please do NOT pay me before then.
-When payment is received, I will begin work on your commission. If it is:
A.) an icon, button eyes, or sketch, I will NOT upload a sketch for approval. If any changes need to be made, let me know when I upload your completed commission to FA. I will correct it only once, so be specific.
B.) a lineart, color piece, bio, or ref sheet, I will upload a sketch for approval. Any changes (pose, anatomy, tattoos, etc) must be mentioned all at once, big or small. I will correct the sketch only twice (that means a limit of 3 sketches total), after that I will ask you to pay a $5 fee for each extra sketch.
-Once the sketch is approved, no major changes can be made to the piece.
-I will post a lined, flat color WIP for approval (if the commission isn't a lineart). Any minor changes (jewelry, correcting fur patterns, color adjustment, etc), should be mentioned at this stage. I will correct it only once, so be specific.
-I will complete the piece, upload it to FA, and note you with a link to it.

-Cub art (nonsexual)
-Other fetishes (if given enough information)
I will NOT Draw:
-Gore/vore
-Scat/waterplay
-Oviposition
-Incest
-Orgies (for lack of ability, not lack of interest)
-Cub art (sexual)
-Fat (obese) furs
-Skunk spray
-Digimon/pokemon/sonic art, or other copyrighted characters/genres. Characters BASED off these series are a-okay.
PAYMENT DETAILS:
-All prices are in USD.
-Payment must be received before I will begin work on your commission.
-I accept Paypal and cash (sent through the mail). No checks or e-checks.
TIMEFRAME:
Depends on two things, (1) the pieces I've been commissioned for, and (2) how long the wait list is. Icons and button eyes will take a day at the most, however full color pieces and bios/ref sheets can take days or weeks depending on how available the commissioner is for questions/communication. And the longer the wait list is, the longer it will take for me to get to you. I do all commissions in order, but I'll sneak in an icon or two if I'm waiting for a response from a larger project. =)
