I accept flat color refs only, unless you want a sketch or just lines.

If I have made any mistakes on your commission such as forgotten markings or something that you ask to be in the picture was left out I will fix it. Any mistakes made are my fault and will be fix right away! Never be afraid to ask me to fix something!

I will always reply to any notes asking about your commission! You will never be ignored!
If for some reason your notes are going unread for a long period of time (More then a week) and I do not have any journal up saying i'm going to be gone, you can send a message to my mate asking what's up, if notes are still going unread well then something really bad must have happened o.o

You are free to edit your picture or have someone else edit it (For fixes or little changes/updates)

Refunds:
Full refunds can only be given if, No work has been done, Months have gone by with no updates, A deadline was missed, or if there is some mix up and the picture you got was not what you asked for.

Otherswise you will only get a partial refund to pay for work/time already done/ put in.
