Be sure to read all my terms of service before ordering
Only adults (+18) , no matter what kind of illustration. My gallery contains drawings for adults and don't want problems with your parents child.
If your character was created by another artist, this artist must be aware of what you're going to ask me and be agree that I made that drawing
Please provide accurate and current reference; text or images.
If the Commission has characters of others ALL they should be know it, And all they should contact me, and be agree that i made it.( I can not read your mind)
All info must be given up front for me to start work, especially in cases of Reference Sheet. No info, no work. Provide enough reference for me so that I do not have to do any research in order to draw your character unless you want me to draw whatever I feel like without any restrictions. (I will not work with "just draw them in some clothes in cabaret's style", for example. I need proper visual references for everything specific you want me to draw.)
Please, keep the references for the character themself (body, face, etc.) at 1-3 pictures.
Additional details (clothes, accessories, details for the background) may be provided as additional pictures, 1-3 pics for each item.
If I miss something that is not specified in your reference(s), I will change it for a fee.
English is not my native language, so please keep text descriptions as simple, understandable, and short as possible.
Prices are set, non negotiable. Especially once I quote you.
Please understand that I can only accept payment via PayPal (special conditions for mexico where I accept bank deposits).
All prices quotes are in US Dollars, and that's all I accept.
Please do NOT send your payment as a "Gift" on PayPal. My fees are included in my prices and I don't expect them to be 'repaid' by my customers!
The money up front . Payment must be received within a maximum of 48 hours after having reached verbal agreement. (24 hours for ych ).
Ask before commissioning artwork sensitive or dark subjects. I reserve the right to refuse commissions of this kind of fetishes .
NO REFUNDS ARE MADE, make sure you are clear in the description of what you want.
Do not ask me under any circumstances to copy another artist's style; It is disrespectful, if you want art of other artist ask for a commission to that artist. if you request a commission is because you know my art style. I do not do toon
Usage:
a- I retain full commercial and distribution rights on any image I produce. You do, of course, retain full rights to your character.
b- I reserve the right to use any image I create as I see fit. I retain all rights to the image. This includes, but is not limited to, producing and selling prints or portfolios (print or CD) and/or posting to my online galleries.
c- The commissioner may use the commission image at any size as they please for PERSONAL use only. This excludes commercial purposes (selling prints, magazine printing, etc).
d- No profit is to be made off the image. If posted online, I require to be credited as the artist and would greatly appreciate a link back to this gallery,
e- You have permission to alter/crop/edit/etc your commission for signatures, icons, and so on provided there is credit.
f- I am open to commercial usage rights purchase on a case by case basis. Please contact me for details.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time. And i reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to poor communication, or rude or inappropriate behaviour. I will refund the remaining balance of the commission taking into regard any work done so far. There are NO refunds on completed work.
