hey guys. so as some of you may know i'm back home in California after a crappy break up with my boyfriend of 2 years. well during my stay i acquired a cute dog and named her sue. shes my baby and i love her / miss her so much. unfortunately when i moved i could only take 1 animal with me because i had so much to carry on the plane. so i took my cat and left my poor dog in the care of my ex. anyway we agreed i would get sue later when i got settled and helped my mom out with her bills. ( she has horrible back pay on rent etc..)
unfortunately it hasn't even been a month since i got home and hes threatening to give away my dog. i'm really sad and distraught as to why. i know shes a handful but it really upsets me. i have money but i have to save it for this months rent... i m really in need to get my dog home in about 2 weeks. or else hes going to find a home for her / get rid of her... and i'm really stressed and tore up about it. i'm all caught up on my commissions besides my big projects. so ill be opening some commissions up. I just want my baby puppy home safe.
I've calculated how much it might cost me estimated roughly $400 or more. the expenses would be the flight approved crate, ticket, and whatever she needs. (vet check up etc.) i got a quote from this pet mover site but they wanted more then i can afford to move my dog here. ( like almost 800$) so i'm working to get all the requirements and what i need to fly her over here my own way.
i would greatly appreciated any kind of help. i know it sounds like weird situation... but i love my animals and i would do ANYTHING for them I WILL NOT abandon my dog.
i can offer $15 sketches or offer 45$ flat color commissions. and i will put up some YCH auctions to help me get my dog home. or you can support me on my patreon too.
id rather not take donations because i feel like i couldn't re-pay peoples kindness with my current situations. but if you WISH to tip me with your commission you can.

Poor thing, I do suggest calling around or reaching out on FA to see if someone lives local and may be able to take her in instead until you can afford to move her. Would be better then leaving her with someone who could throw her away when ever they feel like it. I hate people like that!
