TOS [MUST READ FOR FREEBIES AND COMMISSIONERS]

Commissions drawn by Pao [aka Megan] are for personal use only
Commissioners are allowed to upload their commission on their page, Facebook, different image site, as long as credit for the work is given in
comments/description. They may also be allowed to be used as profile pictures. [This excludes sites like Kickstarter, Pateron, Youtube
or any other site where the commissioner is trying to gather money from users, the exception is for drawing sites, Furaffintiy, Deviantart,
Inkbunny, etc. for profile pictures.]
Commissioners are allowed to edit their given work as long as original credit is given, this includes:
-Added shading
-Coloring in
-Cropping image or flipping
-Adding effects
-Changing backgrounds / adding backgrounds
Commissions may NOT be used for advertisement unless prior permission is granted [additional fees may apply]. If Commissioner wishes
to use any drawings created by Pao you must obtain permission and fees may apply. The price would NEVER exceed the original price.
If an image has the Pao logo covering the entire page, it is considered a WIP [Work In Progress] and may not be used or edited in any
way possible. This should only remain in my Dropbox, if it is seen posted anywhere else legal action will be taken.
The logo / signature at the bottom of the drawing is too remain there even with edits. The exception of this is cropping the logo out for a profile picture [check above for more details on profile picture usage]
If the commissioner wants an HD or PNG version of their drawing or even minor edits of the drawing IE without background and outlines,
they can get it freely by just asking via note or e-mail and it will be given either in the e-mail or sent via Dropbox. However NO original
file will be given IE the PSD [Photoshop file] with all layers and work.
Characters bought via adopts are consider to now be in the rights of the Commissioner/Adopter however the original drawing will fall under
user rules. The new owner is allowed to use the character and or even change the design slightly however they please.
YCH [Your Character Here] is considered a commission with a preset pose/design. Commissioners may NOT re-use the pose/design for their
own YCH.
If payment is retracted at any point the artwork will be removed from any of my pages and commissioner will be sent with a DMCA asking to remove the artwork from their page and
anywhere else they may have posted. This includes edited versions of the original artwork and profile pictures.
Artwork given during a Freebie Stream is considered a commission and users must follow these rules.
