Basic Information
I draw in my free time.
I have a full-time job that is unrelated to my art work, therefore art-time is fitted in around my job and completed in my spare time.
I will always let those waiting on art from me know what is going on in my personal life that will prevent me from completing any piece of art in the estimated time I will have given, or at all.
TOS will most definitely be updated again and again when I feel the need to update, so please keep checking back.
By sending me a payment that means you have agreed to the terms of service.

Commission Information
☆ I Will NOT Draw : Cub porn, skat, vore, watersports, diaper furs, sexualised baby fur, extreme fetish, abuse of any kind, non-consensual violence (anything not on this list and you are wondering, feel free to note me and ask)
☆ I will try and draw to specifications, but in specified cases, I will take artistic freedoms and 'wing-it'. If that is the case I have the right to either refund your commission (or partial refund if it is further than sketch), or work it out with you as the commissioner to come to an agreement to another pose/whatever it is I can't complete
☆ If the piece is a YCH or wing-it commission the piece will be completed as the YCH sketch outlined, or with the interests of your character in mind.
☆ It's rare for me to do couple commissions. I prefer to draw solo. However there is a charge for each extra character which is clearly stated in my commission prices tab.
☆ My Prices can be found : Here and are subject to increase as I feel my skill improves
☆ You may note me for a quote if there is something specific you are looking for that is not in my commission information/prices or queries in general.
☆ There is no deadline of my work unless we talk about it in a personal note. I prefer having time to do pieces properly and do a standard I can be proud of rather than very quickly. I will give you an estimated idea of when you can expect it, but this is only an estimate so it could either be before or after this date, depending on my life situation at the time.
☆ You may request an initial sketch WIP to be approved, but after that there will be no major changes to lines etc.
☆ For larger commissions only. If you want to be kept more in 'the loop' with updates, you can request adding me on telegram, discord or Skype for the duration of the commission. From this I will be able to send regular screenshots with ease. When the commission is completed, I will delete you from my contact list for my own 'organization'.
☆ I keep a Art Queue on my front page which you can look back at anytime. It usually is not in order, but commissions will be done (usually) on a 1st come 1st serve basis. However commissions may also be done on what I feel like drawing at the time/ what I am more motivated to draw at the time.
☆ If you do have a commission from me and it isn't on the list please NOTE me so I can get you added to it. But please have the proof of commission and payment if asked for it.
☆ A digital flat colored reference picture is needed. I can only draw from what I can see. I will only take small written descriptions of small details that may have been updated to the character after the time of the Ref picture's completion - anything complex that isn't included on the ref will be subject to an extra fee. No SL, IMVU or shaded images. No paragraphs of information and expect to get a perfect drawing from it. I need a visual reference.
☆ Do not pester me about a commission. I assure you if you have paid me for it, it is in the works of being completed. I will let you know if something will keep me longer from completing it, but at the time of commission I will let you know what is coming up for me personally that might hold me back
☆ When reposting a piece of work from me, you MUST credit me for the art and do not claim it as your own. Always refer back to me as the artist, no matter what site you may be posting on. You may not profit from any art I have created for you.
☆ You may NOT edit my art in any way, be that color it or add details or remove details etc. If I find this has happened, I will ban you from receiving any further art from me. ASK me for permission or I could do it for you. I'm very easygoing.. I don't bite
☆ You DO NOT have the right to mint/sell any art you recieve from me for NFT.

Payment
☆ I only take payment through PAYPAL
☆ Please add your FA name when sending on Paypal, so I know who the money is from and for what (just to keep us both right)
☆ I accept USD $ or GBP £
☆ Full payment is required before I will start the commission

I have the right to decline any commission without the need for a full reason.
It is my rights as the artist to the work I have completed to hold full copyright to the art (not the characters) and that those who commission me may not profit from or edit any of my work without contacting me and getting my consent prior.
All rights to the art remains with me therefore allowing me to make prints of the artwork to make profit from, while the commissioner can only use it for personal use or to give as gifts, etc.
If you do not wish for a piece of work to be published on any of my sites, please let me know when discussing it and I will oblige. I do cross post my art to my DeviantArt, Twitter and Instagram regularly, and possibly some other sites in the future.
