I am usually a strong person, but when grief hits; it tackles down any man....

My wife's cat of 16 years passed away at 11:21PM last night. He lived a good life, but I feel like I could have done better.. Maybe made decisions that would have bettered him or should have done something to ease the pain... I feel like I am at fault even though everyone tells me I am not...

I am in need of help right now though; both mentally, emotionally, spiritually, financially, and everything in-between.
