F.A.Q.

Q: Who are you?
A: Fur Writers!
---
Q: What are you?
A: Our Furry Sanctuary For All Things Literary™
---
Q: Why are you?
A: (Ed quote) The purpose of this group is to provide writers and artists a haven, a sanctuary which will emancipate themselves and their art. Literary art has been overshadowed by its more visual counterpart, neglecting a lot of good quality stories and poems and generally, rendering a lot of talented writers and poets into obscurity. FurWriters seeks to emancipate the literary artists of FurAffinity and cater them with the merit and recognition they deserve. But we cannot achieve this ordeal on our own, and we also need your assistance. Artists need to support other artists and thus, writers need to support other writers and FurWriters will provide a medium for that. We will provide you with the possibility to submit your art in a gallery which other artists will have easy access to, promoting your art and your talent. We also offer critics, reviews, suggestions and opinions in order to help you hone your talent. (End Ed quote)
Q: Why did you watch me?
A: If you're a writer, have at least one written work, or have at least your artist type set to "Writer", we may watch you. Most likely it's not because we've read through your entire catalog of work but rather because we've found your literary work(s) in the F.A. browser. Our familiarity with you usually comes later; ex: submitting your work to us.
---
Q: Can you check out my [literary work] called [insert title here]?
A: Submit it to the group! We can't always read the mass of literary submissions sent to the shoutbox or any of our (Furwriters, Sini, or Ed) message-boxes. It's best that you submit it to us! That way, we and the group as a whole will see it come up in our boxes and have the opportunity to read it.
---
Q: How do I submit my work to Furwriters?
A: Send a message to Furwriters, Sini, or Ed, and include the following:
1. A link to the submission you'd like to have featured.
2. Does Furwriters have your consent to post said submission? (yes / no)
3. Would you like to be critiqued? (yes / no)
---
Q: Did you receive the note I sent you?
A: Most likely yes. In due time it will be read. Patience, my friend.
P.S. If you don't follow the format, your submission will NOT be submitted! This is because the administrators of Furwriters are cruel and wrathful.

If you have any questions that haven't appeared above, just keep on asking them; eventually they'll end up in our Frequently Asked Questions list. *Nods nods.*

There's a couple of formats that aren't compatible with my PC. I try to find a program to open them so that I know they work and aren't blank.
On a side note: I know that, sometimes, people add their stories to the descriptions of their submissions as well (like me). I add the story to the group submission descriptions only when such has been done on the original. Moreover, the original submission, in that case, will still be uploaded in a document form. . . . (But note files are really repetitive when you've got a story in your description going on, so, in the case of a note file, which already appears above the description, I won't add it into the description. xo)
Well, anyway, I think I would stick to the .txt format if there are multiple versions of the file uploaded.
