TOS (Commission Inquiry Format, Payment, Completion time, Cancellation and Refund, Alterations, Reposting, Conduct)

Commission Inquiry
To inquire about a commission slot email me at kazushifluff[at]gmail.com with the following details.

-Reference sheets
-Character references
-(optional)Brief text references
-Your overall idea
-Include your, and any other characters FA names
-Include your Paypal E-mail

Payment (prices)
Payments are mainly done through Paypal
-Additional payment methods include Square Cash and Google Wallet
-All payments are in USD
-Payment is required upfront before any work can begin on the commission
-Your slot will be placed on a waiting list until payment on is received
-The option of half upfront and half on completion only is available for 80 usd and up

Completion Time
On average it may take from one to 10 days before an initial sketch is delivered, and an additional 3 - 5 days to complete the drawing. This may vary according to the queue, complexity, or irl disruptions.
-I will inform clients if any irl disruptions may delay the completion of your commission
-If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email me
-In the case of gifts with a deadline, please inform me when contacting me about a commission! I am happy to accommodate deadlines as long as I am informed ahead of time.

Refunds and Cancellation
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time and for any reason, and in which case I will issue a full refund
Refunds will not be offered once the commission has been started or completed
If you wish to cancel a commission before it has been started or prior to completion, partial refunds will be issued according to the work put in and is fully to my discretion.

To request a refund E-mail me and please include the following:
The full name on your Paypal
Your Paypal E-mail
Reason for cancellation

Alterations
During the commission process I will ask for your approval at each stage, if any alterations are needed please let me know immediately!
Please Don't be afraid to add any edit you desire to the commission DURING initial sketching and coloring.

If for any reason you request major changes (pose changes, complex additions, ect.) to the drawing after the initial sketch phase and inking phase, you will be charged half of the initial commission price

For Example: Your commission is nearing completion but you request a core change, if you paid 160 usd, you will have to pay an additional 60 usd to pay for the change.


Reposting
You may feel free to repost commissioned work to any personal galleries with the appropriate credit and link to any of my galleries.
All commissions are for personal use unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce my work for profit or claim it as your own.

Conduct

I have the right to Reject any commissioner
Please behave with respectfully, I do not tolerate disrespectful attitudes, justified or otherwise. I am always friendly and I much prefer to keep it that way. If you feel dissatisfied in any way please express so in a respectful manner and I will do my best to rectify the issue.

By sending payment and securing a slot, you accept the terms of this TOS.
