☆ note, email ( victorcabella[at]gmail.com ), or telegram (@ mrsenpai) me with a commission form.
☆ i will process your order and send you an invoice. once payment is made, i will begin to work.
☆ a wip/confirmation sketch must be requested beforehand, i do not hand them out automatically.
☆ once finished, i can correct any errors that were skimmed over by me, the artist.
☆ once finished, i will not correct any errors if you were not specific with what you wanted and/or you have an outdated/3d reference.
☆ once finished, i will post the art to my art accounts. a full resolution art piece must be requested by the commissioner only, and i will note you the full res piece. i do not hand out the full res automatically.

◤. ☾ ☆ PAYMENT AND REFUNDS ☆ ☽ .◢
☆ payment is due upfront.
☆ if you would like to see a sketch before you send the payment, you must request this method.
☆ payment plans can be arranged. however, i will not start working until the commission is fully paid for.
☆ refunds will not be given out after the payment is processed. by commissioning me, you agree to/are okay with this.

◤. ☾ ☆ EXTRA CHARGES ☆ ☽ .◢
☆ i do not charge extra for complexity, backgrounds, wings, species, etc.
☆ a $10 rush fee can be added to small orders and your commission will be done within a week.
☆ a $10 fee is charged for each character in a nsfw image.
☆ a $10 fee is charged if you want to keep the image private, meaning i do not post it on my websites but i still retain the rights to the artwork.

☆ retains rights to the artwork.
☆ may post on any website.

☆ may post on personal websites, with credit to me as the artist.
☆ use for personal prints/merchandise, not for profit.

if there is something majorly wrong with business between a person and i, i can personally order a refund for them. otherwise, i finish work as quick as possible and i keep in high contact with my customers.
there are many businesses and services that do not do refunds. i dont know why you are telling me this.
