Terms Of Service General Commission

★General Service Agreements Or Terms Of Service★By commissioning Us you agree that you are of 18 years or older. You must be of 18 years or older to purchase any material from us, excluding any sold psychical material (Ex; Stickers, ECT.) You will need consent of your Legal Guardian to purchase in the case of psychical materials.
You understand as the client if any verbal, written, or any form of harassment or abuse takes place against the artists (us) We have the right to terminate your commission at any time, a refund will be granted depending on level of completion( Please view refund policy below for fully defined definition of refunds)
Any Falsified information (Age, Name, Permission to character, ownership, ECT.) Will lead to termination of commission. ★1. Payment Policy
We accept payment though Paypal Invoice only.
Payment is to be done in two parts.
Payment must not be sent to artists ahead of request. Payment must be accepted through invoice.
While Invoice may be sent as soon as the commission has begun client has the right to not accept payment until rough sketch has been completed. If it is not accepted at this point no work will be completed until such a time as it has been accepted.
Upon next communication with artist(weather update or verification) Artist will verify that payment has gone through correctly.
★2. Accepted Content
Artist accepted content very's depending on site you are viewing commission information from, all it dependent to the age restriction/security of different sites.
To find accepted content please view 'will/wont lists' found on separate sites.
★3. Refund Policy
A refund may be issued if it falls under some of these circumstances. Refunds are not limited to these circumstances, these shall be used as a reference point.
Refund policy also concerned harassment/abuse terminations. If Full Refund has been issued client gives up all right to any completed art of the commission.
★Referenced Refund levels
Full refund, if client much cancel commission and no work, or rough sketch has been completed by artists. Half refund if complicated sketch, or line work has been completed by artists
★No refund will be issued if
Artist has completed commission. Or reached the color stage of commission.
If commission is finished, accepted and client come back saying they are unhappy at a later time.
★4.Process
A soft overview of digital process of creation, as well as highlights for clients. All Clients have the right to view art work in between stages if requested. Some Smaller commission depending on requested level of finish will receive fewer viewing of art without requesting.
Rough sketch- Very rough gesture/size/concept sketch. Will often contain very little character detail but will contain gesture of character in view. Depending on what request will also contain vague background( at this point mostly for size and concept understanding)
Client has right to any changes they feel is needed to gesture, background, or concept.
Complected sketch- Now will contain cleaner sketch, containing most character details. Background now contain all essential items (if in concept) and potentially some splashes of color.
best time for client to request any changes to their character and details in background, make sure to check is any details are missing
At this stage any changes do not have any additional fee's though you should be already happy with largest items in the concept (Ie.Post/placement of character)
Line Art- Artist will put sketch at lower opacity, and place in the permanent lines of the commission.
Client may request small changes, if artist is asked to redraw any detail more then once a fee may apply.
If specific item is redrawn more then once at clients request, and is indecisive upon why they dislike this item, artist may ask to put down the commission until client can specifically tell artist what is disliked.
Any large changes, that are not directly the artist fault will not be tolerated at this point, and a fee will be issued. Any changes that are directly the artist fault (IE: forgot item always present on character, and is on reference sheet/was requested) No fee will be added.
Color and Detailing- Full colored rendering will take place in at this stage.
Only acceptable change, is if colors are off or where its sampled from requested reference.
★5.Deadlines and The List
Some Deadlines are accepted by us.
We must have at least three days to discuss deadline before acceptance that does not take away from over all work time.
Any tight or 'last minute' deadlines will not be accepted.
Failure to meet deadline
If Artists fail to meet dead line You will be issued a full refund.
Though Client will retain none of the art.
★7. Distribution of Finished Art Work And Editing
Upon finished work being delivered to client, you will be given a full high res image of your work and a smaller posting watermarked version. All clients have the right to post artwork in any gallery, or imaging hosting website, we ask that you only post watermarked version on these gallery's and retain watermarked version for personal use.
We ask to be credited and or a link back to one of our galleries. Client also has the right to print the commission for personal use only. Any printing beyond personal use must be discussed with Artists ahead of time.
Client has the right to crop, and use any finished commission for personal banners, icons, ECT. Artwork may also be used as further reference of character if wished.
The Client does not have the right to edit the art work, in terms of. Recoloring, rehashing or removing anything that may be outdated. The client also does not have the right to sell any work for profit in any way.
This includes having line work colored or re-colored by other parties, with out expressed permission.
If client is selling character with art work attached, I ask to be notified for our permission. Other wise selling will violate terms of agreement.
★8. Watermarked Art
We do ask that all hosted images have our watermark in tacked and unedited.
Personal unwatermarked version will be issued.
We have several designs available, and offered to clients.
We can also add additional watermark for client including 'Do not rp with" " Do not edit" ECT.
