Myrtle’s Terms of Service


1. I own the rights to my art, do not use the artwork for money gaining/ distribution purposes. If you are interested in doing so please discuss this with me.
2. 2. I have the right to refuse ANY commission without reason, this is unlikely to happen.
3. 3. I do not work with deadlines, please do not rush me. That being said, if im offering commissions for con pickup you will get your piece then.
4. 4. I do not draw in styles other than my own, please do not show me another artists style or works and expect the same. This also goes for copyrighted characters and styles. (please look over my art before commissioning to make sure you have made the right choice for you)
5. 5. Payments are accepted through paypal only! If you do not know how to use paypal there are lovely tutorials online.
6. 6. I do not show WIPS, this would only happen in the case of character design or a ref sheet but I rarely take commissions for those.
7. Payment

I accept USD currency through Paypal.

All transactions will be done through invoicing, this ensures you have a proof of purchase and that I have your address with the commission info.

Payment is required before work starts on your art. We will discuss the details of your commission before payment.

Shipping info

All art includes US shipping, unless otherwise stated.

International shipping is $2 extra on small pieces, and large pieces will not be shipped internationally. On my commission tab each piece has a blurb about shipping and it will be written if I will ship the specific style internationally.

I only ship once a week, this way I can laminate and package everything at the same time. So if you see your art posted or completed it may not be sent out until later in the week.


Info Needed for Art Commisisons

I will need the following from you:
1. a 2d CLEAR visual reference of your character. If it is not ‘up to date’ and you need things changed it will cost extra because that is a character design commission. To make things simpler please provide me with a complete and up to date reference.
2. What type of art you’d like to commission (options and their prices can be found at http://www.furaffinity.net/commissi.....tles-monsters/)

ETA

Badges take about a week to two weeks depending on my queue for me to ship out. Please take this into consideration if you are commissioning art for a convention.

Refunds

I do not allow refunds unless I haven’t started your piece. If you have an issue arise and need a refund please note me, we can work it out.

Shipping Refunds

1. If your shipping address on your paypal is incorrect and it gets shipped to the wrong address I WILL NOT refund shipping/overall price! PLEASE make sure your address is correct, and if not please note me immediately. This is your job, not mine!
2. All commissions from now on will be posted to ensure you will see the finished product, and just incase they get lost in the mail.
3. If a commission is lost in the mail and returns to me I will reship it free of charge! This is most likely my fault for not enough postage or a mistake in the address. I will inform if this happens so we can double check everything is correct.
