From now on, I can only accept submissions that were drawn FOR the group....
Which means when you upload Undertale fanart for us in the future, just write "Made for the Undertales group" in the submission box if you'd like it uploaded. Since I'm not exactly sure what "for the group" means...
EDIT: I also have to clear out all the content I've uploaded unfortunately, besides my own art. I am sorry, all. ): Will get more clear instructions whenever the admin gets back to me.

FA+

I'll draw something for the group
Seems to me like lazy ass admins need to get on a "track favorites" button then for groups. If groups are allowed on this website, they need to be tended to as well.
If I'm not allowed to upload content with permission from artists related to the group, I would at least like anything I favorite to be viewed in their submissions box. I am pretty sure most of the people in this griup like it because they get a steady feed of Undertale content in their inbox.
There are SO many groups on FA that do this kind of thing.
If the artist specifically GIVES a person permission to upload an image then it SHOULD be out of admins hands.
When an artist uploads an image it belongs to them, and by giving someone else permission to upload it that picture SHOULD be free to be uploaded on that persons page regardless. Since it is the artists decision to support a group that should be fine, having images on a group helps it get some notice and recognition.
That NEES to be an addendum to that rule as that's kind of crazy.
That's picky lawyer levels of crap, like when King.com sued a game for having "saga" in the title.
And really since any image that an artist draws of their own free will outside of a commission is a free image. And this is also a spit in the eye of artists who would like to have their art posted here on this group.
Some people barely make it to 10 faves or even a few comments, and by having their image posted here it at least gets them some free publicity.
I've been in that scenario before where I just want someone to notice my work, and things like this help.
And since you link back to the image AND the artist if people are too lazy to go there and fave themselves then that is on the user who did that.
In short, I don't think you did anything wrong if the artist who asked you upload the image specifically asked you to upload it, or gave you permission.
That right there should be IT! But I guess not... I was tempted to ask you to post some of my work, but I'd rather not have to plaster a watermark on my images to show that it's okay. =/
Though most of my images are adult and I am sure that's not as desirable to post. >_> *looks at my icon*
I've contacted Neer about this. With any luck we can all spur some changes to group rules. I simply don't think the rules are fitting right now to include Groups on this website. If Groups are allowed, they need their own sets of rules separate of a singular artist! A group is comprised of as many artists that want to submit their art to it, in my opinion. And a lot of other people's, it seems.
Yeah, I do find it odd since there are a large number of groups with peoples images on them that weren't made FOR the group.
