❥ By accepting art from Lits, you agree to these terms of service.
❥ Don't be a dick.
Auctions
❥ Do not bid if you cannot pay that amount of money.
❥ If I catch you backing out of a bid, I will blacklist you. Backing out is not only inconsiderate to the artists, but also to previous bidders.
Refund Policy
❥ After lineart begins, partial refund is available.
❥ After coloring a substantial amount, no refunds are given.
What you can do with your Artwork by me
❣❣❣ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING only apply if the artwork that contains some element that you own, such as your character.
❣❣❣ IF YOU DO NOT OWN ANY PART OF THE ARTWORK, YOU MAY NOT REPOST IT ANYWHERE OR ALTER IN ANYWAY.
❥ You may only repost with credit.
❥ If you add to the work in any way, give me credit for my part.
❥ You may resell my artwork the exact price you bought it for.
❥ If it was free, or trade, you will not profit off it.
Payment
❥ Paypal only.
❥ USA Dollars only.
❥ I will not begin working until I receive payment.
❥ I reserve the right to refuse to take on a commission.
