raffle winners will be decided on November 30th

there are going to be 3 prizes for this raffle and they are the following
1st place gets a free adopt and free icon (the icon will either be done by  waitress or  lockworkorange and colored by me  sheek_freak )

2nd place gets either 10% off a adopt (this discount is applied first and then whatever discounts would apply go after that) or a free icon (the icon will either be done by  waitress or  lockworkorange and colored by me  sheek_freak )

3rd place gets 25% off a icon (the icon will either be done by  waitress or  lockworkorange and colored by me  sheek_freak )
