By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Payment:
Payments will only be accepted through paypal. I will create the invoice, sending the money is not required.
All payment must be USD, and must also be paid up front. The commission will not be started until payment is received and cleared.
Commission Procedure:
Commission openings are held through journals/ rarely submissions. Please follow any procedures indicated on those journals to participate in gaining a slot. All details will be held through notes.
Content:
Commissions are subject to whatever themes or content restrictions I provide with any given opening. It is likely that I will open adult themed commissions, but in the chance I do things you will NOT see me offering include, but are not limited to: obese, rape , bodily fluids/ bowel movements in relation to scat/ watersports/ vomit/ gas/ inflation.
(ask if you are uncertain about any commission type perimeters).
I reserve the right to refuse requested content for any reason.
Revisions:
Revisions will be offered, but limited. A max of 5 free revisions will be made, but after the limit there will be a fee of +$5. (This does not apply to reference commissions.)
The only exception being if I make a mistake -- such as a forgotten detail, missed markings, colors, etc. In these instances, I will correct my mistake free of charge.
I will send WIP's at each stage of the commission.
Rush Orders/Deadlines:
If you would like your commission to be done by a certain date, please let me know when you send me your commission form. Deadlines over two weeks from payment will not be charged for. Deadlines between one to two weeks from payment will be charged an extra 20% of the commission total. Deadlines of a week or less from payment will be charged an extra 50% of the commission total. For 1-2 day rush orders, please ask.
Typically, though, I will be working very fast and dead-lines will be unnecessary. Most commissions are either scheduled for completion on certain dates, or finished within three.
Permissions & Private Artworks:
I retain all rights to my art. This means that I can post it to any art accounts or websites I would like, as well as use it for portfolios, prints, or any other merchandise should I desire. If you would like for me to refrain from posting your image on my galleries or for personal/selling use please state so when sending the commission form--BEFORE payment. There will be no charge fee for requesting to withhold it from my galleries. You MUST still credit me for all work should you post this image anywhere yourself. This does not mean you own the rights to the image in any way.
You are allowed to post your received artwork in your gallery, but it must be linked and credited back to me. You may also use it for anything personal, such as printing it for yourself, using it as a personal tattoo, or as a graphic in a personal website or blog layout. When using it on a website or blog, I must be visibly credited. Please do not modify my art in any way without permission first.
I will not give up claiming rights for any price.
Refunds:
If you need a refund for whatever reason, then you must request it before I've started your commission. If I've already started, then I will give you a partial refund based on how far along I am. I do not give refunds for pieces once they are complete.
If I, for whatever reason, find myself incapable of finishing your commission, I will refund you in full.
