PLEASE READ
1. Specify whether you want your commission done in traditional media or digital media. All traditional media will be pencil sketches or lines only.
2. PLEASE send me references! Photos, drawings, written references, anything. I will need this to accurately draw a character.
3. I will send you 1 progress shot, at this time you are allowed to point out any problems, things you changed your mind about, or things you'd like fixed. If it's a more detailed commission I may send more to check if things are going as planned.
4. I offer a full refund if I take too long (more than 6 months) or if the art is less than halfway done and you don't want it anymore. If you change your mind and the art is more than half done you get a 50% refund. If I am in the coloring stages or almost done I will not give out a refund.
5. If I finish before you pay me, you will not receive the finished piece until I receive payment.
6. I will cancel a commission and refund your money if you stop contacting me or are rude and abusive.

What order do you work on your commissions in?
I will put you in my slots according to whoever gets there first. Once they are full I can reserve future slots for whomever wants to commission me, but I am full up. The order in which I work on a commission depends. If I receive a commission for a detailed piece and a quick sketch at the same time, the sketch will obviously be done first. If everything takes about the same amount of work I will finish them in whichever order I feel.

How do I get a hold of you?
You can contact me at any time by email at vickychaitea@yahoo.com. I also have a skype, scalestails, if you need my attention sooner. Just send me an email titled something to do with commissions. Please do not message me here for commissions.
How long do you usually take?
For simple things like a sketch, probably around 2 days maximum. For something complex, detailed, with a background, etc. it will probably take a month to two months.
What constitutes as a "background"?
A simple color or gradients well as shapes doesn't count. If you want them in a certain setting though, that counts as a background. Outdoors, in a room, doctors office, etc.
Do you have any examples?

Am I allowed to use your art for my profile, icon, etc?
Icons are free to use as icons, but you may NOT post my art on other sites without my permission, or without giving me credit. YOU MAY NOT USE MY ART FOR ANY TYPE OF SALES, ADVERTISEMENT, ETC.
Can I get the original of my traditional commission?
Of course! Just send me your address or PO box to my email, and I'll send it to you.
What do I receive if I want a digital commission?
You will get a high resolution full sized .png of the commission.
