Adoption/Creation Agreement [TFC1]
By Adopting or creating a fennecolt from any source you agree to the following terms:
.Fennecolts are owned by lupeyroo/The Fennecolt Club and anyone who asks should be linked this way.
.You agree to the Ownership rules.
.You respect the species and do not make any major changes or additions to the anatomical design (i.e. removing key features such as the gems or hooves)
Gallery Uploads [TFC2]
Occasionally the club will upload original artwork of fennecolts! The club usually decides what pictures to upload, however we will post anything if the member requests us to!
When we choose:
.We will always ask permission from the artist and the owner of the fennecolt
.We choose images we like for various reasons
.We will never refuse anyone who wishes to upload to the club unless it is against the FA ToS
When you choose:
.It must be your own artwork
.If it is not your own artwork, you must have the artists permission!
.Sketches may be uploaded in scraps to keep the gallery neat
Fennecolt Creation Rules [TFC3]
ANYONE is allowed to create a fennecolt for personal use! Please pay attention to the following rules.
.Seek permission from lupeyroo before designing a fennecolt
.Inform the club when your fennecolt has been created/posted

Adoptable Creation [TFC4]
.You must ALWAYS ask lupeyroo each time you plan to put up an adoptable/adopt sheet.
.All adoptable posts MUST link to this journal to inform new members
.You should inform the club whenever a fennecolt is adopted so information can be updated.
.You should wait until your current fennecolt/s have been adopted before posting more.
What you CAN do:
1.Sell adoptable's using your own artwork/design skills.
Conditions: Posted and sold through TFC and a minimum of 40% must be given to the club
2.Give away adoptables for free using your own art or a free base
Conditions: Only one fennecolt at a time to be given away.
3.Suggest designs for lupeyroo to create adoptables
Conditions: Right of refusal and complete artistic freedom/profit
4.Sell Multiple adopts at once using your own artwork/design skills
Conditions: Must be all on one page to avoid spamming.
What you should NOT do:
1.Sell fennecolts on a FREE TO USE base
Exception: you have expressed permission from lupeyroo
2.Spam the club with lots of individual posts of adoptables.
Exeption: None
If you wish to offer fennecolt designs and the method is not listed here, please contact lupeyroo to discuss it :)
Revoking Ownership of a Fennecolt [TFC5]
What you CAN do:
1. Trade your fennecolt to someone else for another character or Artwork.
Conditions: You and the person you are trading it to contact me so i can update the info
2. Return your fennecolt or give your design to the club.
Conditions: you are fully aware that I may choose to re-sell or give away the fennecolt
3. Give the fennecolt out for free to a friend or in a free raffle.
Conditions: You and the person you are giving it to contact me so i can update the info
4. Trade your fennecolt for another one from the club!
Conditions: I have the right to refuse the trade.
What you should NOT do:
1. RE-SELL your fennecolt for any price higher than $5 less than adoption price.
Exception: You are selling the fennecolt with artwork of it and arrange a way in which i gain profit from the re-sale.
If you wish to give up your fennecolt and the method is not listed here, please contact lupeyroo to discuss it :)
Membership Rules [TFC6]
There are TWO levels of membership. Free & premium. In order to obtain membership you must fit one of the following:
Free member
.Create a Fennecolt yourself by drawing one or using my free base.
.Adopt one for free from the club or from someone that has permission.
Premium member
.Adopt a pre-made Fennecolt from the club or permitted users ($10-15)
.Buy a custom Fennecolt from the club ($15-20)
.Trade for a custom
.Become a free member and upgrade after creating/buying lots of art of your fennecolt
.Become a free member and upgrade by buying an adopt template of your fennecolt for the price of a custom ($15-20)
Note: Membership is Per character, meaning if you buy 1 and get the other one for free only the paid one is premium!
Species Rules [TFC7]
You are welcome to adapt your fennecolt to any lifestyle or personality you wish! HOWEVER i have some basic (and fairly obvious) rules to follow out of respect for the species:
.Do not remove any key features on their anatomy such as the gems or hooves.
.Never claim to own the species! it will always belong to lupeyroo
.Do not use fennecolts for images or stories involving illegal or discriminatory actions
