Okay so my kirin baby is kinda lacking in the clothes department, and I love his design too much for his outfit to be so bland..

But yes, draw the outfit over the character image I've supplied. And if you want to, a "paper doll" version to show the front/back/detail in addition would also be nice.
It's hard to imagine an outfit on a character if it's drawn separately on its own, so that's why I supplied the nude image of him to be used. ^^ I hope that helps.
