Last night around 9:30 while watching The Rachel Maddow Show, I heard 8 or 10 LOUD gunshots. A few minutes later my block was swarming with cops and emergency personnel. They roped off my block, and I noticed police markers on the sidewalk where the shell casings were. Cops are still on the lookout here. No further information yet.
