jinxtailchaser was staying with friends over the weekend. His fursuit, Marko the Bark Shark, was in the trunk of his car overnight. When he got up next morning, his trunk had been broken into and his fursuit stolen.

...my plan ATM is to use "Lost Stolen or Strayed" for any other situations like this to differentiate them from my "Please Help This" posts, which are kinda different.
My theory is that the thieves aren't furries, and know squat about the furdom (or fursuits, for that matter). The disguise angle is a worry, but quite frankly petty thieves and vandals aren't likely to commit a crime face-to-face (and hiding your face from a security camera is so easy it doesn't require a suit that would be easy to spot on the way to or from the scene).
Even so, I was also puzzled. Why bother? It's not like they can unload it for any amount worth the trouble at a pawn shop or flea market.
I think
