PRICE LIST

Here's a detailed price list for the various different kinds of commissions I offer.
Also, the prices for the examples are based on the various elements of the piece (i.e.: number of characters, background, etc). The more there are, the higher the price.

Still Images

Sketches:
This refers to sketches or pieces that have not been "cleaned up". They do not feature color.
Base price = $10 USD
Background = $2 USD
Extra characters = $1 USD (each)
Example(s):

Line art:
This refers to "cleaned up" pieces. They do not feature color.
Base price = $15 USD
Background = $3 USD
Extra characters = $1 USD (each)
Example(s):
  • This would cost $15 USD

Color work:
These are "cleaned up" pieces and are colored/shaded.
Base price = $20 USD
Background = $4 USD
Extra characters = $1 USD (each)
Example(s):
  • This would cost $20 USD
  • This would cost $22 USD ($10+$2)
  • This would cost $30 USD ($10+$4+$3+$3)
  • This would cost $20 USD

Animations

Small:
This refers to a small animated .gif or Flash such as an avatar.
Base price = $10 USD
Background = $2 USD
Extra characters = $2 USD (each)
Example(s):

  • This would cost $10 USD

Medium:
This refers to a medium animated .gif or Flash such as an averaged sized loop animation.
Base price = $15 USD
Background = $3 USD
Extra characters (each) = $2 USD
Example(s):
  • This would cost $17 USD ($15+$2)
  • This would cost $15 USD

Large:
This refers to a large animated .gif or Flash such as a 2-4 minute animated short.
Base price = $20 USD
Background = $4 USD
Extra characters = Included
Example(s):
  • This would cost $20 USD

X-Large:
This refers to an extra large animated .gif or Flash such as a 5 minute or longer animation. Depending on the size of the animation, prices may vary.
Base price = $30 USD
Background = $10 USD
Extra characters = Included
Example(s):

Miscellaneous:
This refers to an animated .gif or Flash that doesn't fit in the above categories such as a portfolio, menu systems (for websites or games), etc.

Other

For any other kind of piece (e.g.: sculptures, traditional drawings & paintings, photography, photo-manipulation, etc...), prices are based on the complexity & size of the requested piece, the materials required, the time it will take to complete, etc. In other words, prices are based on consultation.

COMMISSION INFO

How To Commission Me
Send me a note on FA with the all details as to what you would like (according to the PRICE LIST above) and, if possible, please try to send reference pictures. Once you receive my reply saying that your commission has been accepted, sit tight and enjoy (when the piece is completed, of course ^_^).
Payment is upon completion.

What I Am Willing To Draw
I'll draw/animate/voice just about anything you want (as long as it's digital) but I take no responsibility (legal or otherwise) for anything you commission me to do... If absolutely necessary, extra conditions (such as legal disclaimers in the commission, reasonable price increase, etc) will be discussed or the piece will not be accepted. I also reserve the right to decline any commission that I see fit (which will only happen with extreme cases).

Billing Information
My preferred method of payment is via PayPal but I also accept credit & debit card payments. Also, when you send the payment note, please include your FA user name, a copy of the commission details and a copy of the finished piece (optional).
All payments are final and non refundable.

Commission Priority
Commissions are on a "First come, first served" basis.
If you absolutely need the piece by a certain date, we can establish a deadline and a price that reflects it. Also, this piece then takes precedence over all other pieces that do not have a deadline.
Commissions take priority over Trades and Requests.

Delayed Commissions
If the piece is taking a considerable amount of time to complete, I may make free additions to the piece depending on how patient you've been... If a piece with a deadline isn't finished on time, compensation for the recipient will be arranged.

Delaying Commissions
If you continuously "pester" me to complete a piece (that doesn't have a deadline), I fully reserve the right to "bump" the piece down my list of commissions. The more you bother me, the farther down it goes...

Special Bonuses
On occasion, I may randomly add extra features to a piece (in compliance with the recipient’s original request) depending on my mood, workload, upcoming holidays, etc. Also, I may have periodic specials (e.g.: two for one deals, discounts, etc) depending on my mood, workload, upcoming holidays, etc. Any additions to a piece will be listed in artist comments and any specials will be posted in my journal.

Posting
When the piece is completed, a copy will be sent to your email first and then, after a short delay (usually a few hours), it will be posted on my FA page and/or any other of my websites. Please note that all pieces will be posted at my own discretion. If you would like to remain anonymous regarding your commission, this can also be arranged...

Reposting
I have no problems with people reposting the commission on their FA page and/or any other websites as long as I get credited for the original piece.

Other
Here are a few clarifications:
• All still images and animations (at their base price) include one (1) "character" and a blank or "lazy" background.
• When you chose to add a Background, this refers to a more detailed background. If this is not requested, the standard blank or "lazy" background will be used.
• When a commission offers several free extra characters, the maximum amount this refers to is four (4). Any additional characters will cost $4 USD (each).
