1. You drew me a picture, what can I do with it?
Anything you want. Color it, invert it, resize it, post it all over the internet -- Go crazy.
However, please credit me and in no event can you remove my signature.
(See #5 for any signature moving questions and for crediting after making your own adjustments/changes)
If you post it on tumblr, DeviantART, Twitter, or Weasyl, you can click to appropriate website right there and it will bring you to my art pages on those sites for crediting/reblogging/etc.
Otherwise, just link it back to any one of those pages (or this one).

2. If I drew it, I'm going to post it unless you tell me ahead of time not to.
I understand that some images, particularly NSFW ones can be a little touchy on this subject. Talk to me about it and we can work it out.

3. Do Not Use Any Of My Art For Roleplay / Face Claims / etc. Unless It Is Your Own Character

4. Do Not Trace My Pictures.
If I find you tracing my images directly, I will make it a big and annoying issue for you, because that’s plagiarism. My family is very lawyer happy, and I have a lot of time on my hands. You don’t want an angry Lixy in your life. You’re better than that. Learn to draw yourself, I'll even help you learn, just note me, we got this.

5. Do not remove my signature for any reason, or claim my work/characters as your own.
If you want to expand/crop an image I have given you and need to move the signature and do not know how, resend it to me and I will tack it on for you, no problem. For icons, you can just crop and credit me in a description / on your profile, I don't mind those lacking my signature on the image itself.
If I have found that you have removed my signature, I will never draw for you again. Period. If it becomes an issue, I will not hesitate to bring down the fullbody watermark hammer, and NOBODY wants the fullbody watermark hammer. If I have found you are claiming my art as your own or anybody else's work, we will have legal issues.
However, if the art is for you, you are welcome to add tweaks and changes and claim the adjustments. I ask you credit me for the original. ( Example: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/19080757/ )

6. Don’t be a dick.
Okay? I try to be nice and polite and happy, especially in my streams. If I find you harassing people in my FA or in my streams, or anywhere that has “Lixeon” in the URL I will boot yo ass.

7. If you want something, ask for it.
All commissions are assumed to be PNG file(s) of the work in trade for money.
If you want a print shipped to you, to be able to print the image on a shirt or very large, etc. You need to bring it up and let me know before I pass the rough sketch stage. Otherwise you will just be getting a PNG file.
If you want the Photoshop files, let me know, those cost extra.
If you want anything else, please inform me at the start of the commission.
If you do not, I can not guarantee you will get what you want.

9. Refunds
I only will do full refunds in the event I suddenly become too ill to complete a commission, or partial refunds if you cancel before I complete the hard lining stage. If I have yet to hit the hard lining stage of the art, I am willing to refund half of the commission price. After the hard lining stage, whether you cancel or not, there are no refunds.
I do accept payment plans if orders surpass $100. In those cases I will work up to the amount paid before proceeding and will not be refunding as you will be paying more me step by step.
I will never begin a piece without payment.

9. I Do Not Rush
I am chronically ill and have an unpredictable schedule between doctor's appointments and illness.
Additionally, I take my time. I do not rush my work and am very attentive to details.
I always complete my pieces and keep my clients fully updated.
But I do not accept any pieces through FA with hard deadlines.
I will give you a rough estimate of when your piece will be completed judging my the current waitlist, the priority of your piece, complexity of your piece, and by my general schedule, however I will not give exacts. You are always welcome to ask me how far along I am on your piece (though I ask you do not spam me).
Typically I do not take more than a few weeks to complete any complex piece once it hits the top of the waitlist,
So the wait is not endless and not too different than most artists on here, it is just roughly estimated.
