Payments
- Payments will be done after the approval of the rough sketch
- Payments MUST to be in USD!
- Make sure you put Goods or Services and Please make the address drop-down is switched to "no shipping/address required", if available! How too here!
- I do not do snail mail/money grams/ e-checks/etc.
- I only accept payments through PayPal.
((- Payment plans are only available for commissions totaling $100 or higher. Commissions under $100 must be paid at one time and in full.))

Refunds
- If I have completed your sketch, you may receive 50% of your refund.
- If line art or more is done, you will not receive a refund.

Previews of Work
- I will send a rough sketch WIP, once I get your approval and payment I will start finishing the image.
- I have no problem sending you WIPs of the picture upon request. Just don't spam about it!

Changes
- If I make a mistake with your characters markings, I will fix it free of charge.
- Any changes once the piece is finished will cost between $5 - 10 depending on the number of changes and size.

Extra Stuff
Private Commissions
I retain all rights to my art unless I state otherwise. This means that I can post it to my FA/DA accounts, website, art CDs/Portfolios, prints, and other personal uses. Please state ahead of time if you wish for your commission to be withheld from my galleries and my own personal use, as there will be a +$5 fee charged. This does not mean you own the rights to the image. This does not mean that I will claim credit over your character.

Post-Completion Use
- Commissioners may repost (on FA or elsewhere), crop (for icons, IDs, etc), and repurpose their completed piece in other images (such as references) with proper Credit (such as a link to my profile or mention of my FA/Weasyl username).
- Commissioners are not allowed to otherwise edit the image without my expressed permission.
- If you are unsure whether I would allow the edit or not, ask!
- As the Artist I reserve the right to use/repost/crop your completed piece for the sake of advertisement or as an example of my work.
- Completed commissions may not be used in a manner that is For-Profit by the Commissioner (such as prints/portfolios/resale of adopt characters.)

Other stuff
I have mild Dyslexia, meaning I can easily Misunderstand or even Not understand your commission description at all. So proper english is a must!
