Could just be me but on the semi recent stuff the body to head seems off. Like.. I feel like the faces/head don't go with the body. I dunno if that makes sense. Like you create a certain expression and facial style that looks like it belongs with a different body type/frame

I'll have to step back and take a look at my work to really see the detail in what you mean.

However it could just be because I mess around a lot with how I do things rather than just stick with one style, kind of for myself and my watchers as something new each time. But I appreciate you pointing that out and I'll be sure to take a look more closely at my work :)

An initial complaint is that when I look at your gallery I see a lot of your art caters towards making money such as YCH auctions and character sales. You can make a business out of your art but I feel like it'll stifle your ability to improve if you're doing it mostly as a business. I'd like to see more personal art from you and experimenting. Like spending more time on art that makes you happy as opposed to drawing things that you want to sell.

tl;dr I don't see much of "you" in your art. Every nth submission has a price tag and/or new characters that I don't see used a whole lot.

Also correct me if I'm wrong but are you deleting submissions? Because I swear I saw some more art from you that's no longer there.

Actually I really like that point and I plan on doing more "me" arts c: (Yes I deleted a lot of stuff, anything from before 2016 as like, a gallery "cleansing")

I really dislike that about myself though tbh that I made it all about money. I feel like it SHOULD be about me as well and I feel upset with myself about it. I do, however, love posting about auctions because I do have a lot of fun drawing for other people :)

I think it would be a good idea to keep your art there as opposed to cleaning it out. We have folders now for sorting if you want it to be sorted a bit better.

The only reason I say this is because people like seeing progression and whatnot. Keeping art posted is almost like a journal of events and how your drawing goes. If I were a new person coming to your gallery I would honestly say you look like a mediocre artist who's trying really hard to make money but it might not be working out as well.

I don't actually believe that but that's what your gallery tells me. If you're gonna delete art then maybe delete the pics with price tags instead =P

*nodnod* I enjoy seeing my own progress as well, but there's also a lot that I didn't want to associate myself with anymore on a personal level, old work with exes being an example. I definitely plan on doing redraws of a lot of older personal and gift art to show off progression as well and set aside a separate folder for that.

But I can see what you mean about what it looks like and I agree

I wouldn't say I dislike it, but when you draw anthro digi legs, I noticed that some of the calves were about equal size to the thighs. I'm not the best at anatomy, but I think making the inner line of the thighs a bit closer would help show the natural size difference. It still looks fine either way; it's just something I noticed (I feel awkward criticizing people, but I hope this is the kind of thing you were looking for :V)

I always love improving on my anatomy and I'm always checking to make sure it looks alright. But sometimes what looks good to me might just be because it's what I'm used to seeing.

I can say that lately I've been taking more inspiration from anime style so that might or might ot also have an effect on it (maybe it's just me XD)

In all honesty, shading has been a fear of mine. Like, my more recently shaded work I'm really proud of, but I'm still freaked out that it might not look right or I might shade something incorrectly.

I do definitely plan on improving on my shading this year :)

I have been taking some inspiration from anime style type art, and thinking about it now, I have to say that I feel like I /have/ been a little more on the lazy side when it comes to my anatomy.

So I very much appreciate the input c:
