Terms of Service:
1. Repairs and Returns
Repairs avaible once you have purchased and received a product from FennéCrafts at our discretion. Returns are case by case. Returns/Repairs for second hand suits or improper sizing is available.
2. Shipping
Shipping costs are determined at time of purchase.
FennéCrafts uses your PayPal address as your preferred shipping address. Please notify during time of purchase if you would prefer an address different from the one provided by PayPal.
Items will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
3. Completion and Deadlines
Deadlines are determined at time of purchase.
4. Payment
PayPal and Cashapp are currently our only accepted form of payment online, unless stated otherwise.
Commissions require full, immediate payment, unless payment plans are otherwise specified by FennéCrafts. Immediate down payments specified at time of opening are required to begin construction.
If there is delay in payment, production on commission will not begin until payment is cleared.
Your item will not be shipped until full payment has been received. Please note that payment plans can delay arrival deadlines.
5. Sales to Minors
FennéCrafts requires that you must be 18 years or older to make a purchase. If you are a minor, you must have a parent or legal guardian to do business with us. Afterwards, we will work with you in the design aspect.
6. Refunds, Refusals, and Cancellations
Customers can request a cancellation before or after sending or beginning payment. An 80% refund will be given of the payment made to date if work has begun on an order, the remaining 20% will not be given in order to cover time and materials used.
If FennéCrafts requires a cancellation, 100% refund of the current payment will be given.
FennéCrafts reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason.
FennéCrafts retains full rights to resell any suit parts or accessories on a refunded / canceled item.
Premades may be refunded 100% before they have been shipped. Refunds will not be given after shipping (returns can be made case by case, and refunded if undamaged).
7. Post-Reception
Because these terms are legally binding, FennéCrafts requires that you be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase. If you are a minor, you must have a parent or legal guardian agree to these terms and complete the purchase.
8. Progress Photos and Video
Progress/WIP photos and video may be sent by FennéCrafts to the commissioner at FennéCrafts’ discretion.
9. Concept Art & Copyright
FennéCrafts will request a concept design of the commissioner's desired character to have made into a suit during the order process. Vivid descriptions or artistic liberty can be done if desired. This artwork must depict the desired character well enough to be made into a suit and will be determined by FennéCrafts as Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory. It is best to request clarification before commissioning to ensure your concept art is Satisfactory.
We will not create copyrighted characters unless the Commissioner is the copyright holder of that character! This includes fan-characters of copyrighted material.
10. Health Risks
FennéCrafts is not responsible for your health. Purchasers should be well aware of the risks of heat stroke and/or accidents from loss of vision quality, and the responsibilities of obtaining a spotter.
11. Allergy Warning
FennéCrafts has a cat within the home, though we do our best to keep the workspace clean.
12. Construction & Materials
FennéCrafts is 100% in charge of what materials and methods are used to construct their products.
