I'm looking for this book I would buy it myself only I would have to use my fiancé's credit card and it is a surprise gift for him and amazon.com don't seem to accept paypal or non US bank accounts. I've tried looking on Amazon.co.uk but they only have used books for sale. When I checked for price and shipping it said the price worked out at $18.83 with normal shipping.

I'm willing to do a full body single character commission similar to the ones linked at the end in exchange! You won't find me offering art this cheap normally.
