Commission TOS [Revised 10/14/2019]

(°◡°♡).:｡❤♡♡♡[/color] Because these are necessary for your protection and mine, by commissioning me you agree to the following:
I have the right to decline a commission for any reason or no reason at all
I reserve the rights to the image, which means;
-I can post all commission work on websites I frequent. If you don’t want me to post your commission let me know before sending payment.
-You may NOT alter or recolor my artwork
-You may NOT use for commercial use
-You are buying the service, not the copyright
-You MAY resell the artwork and you MAY repost my artwork (remember to credit me, please).
Will NOT Draw:
-Coprofilia/scat
-Urolagnia/urine/watersport (or maybe I can? up for negotiation)
WILL draw mostly everything else.
I'm open to various fetishes/kinks, body types, and species including humans.
If I decline it’s most likely because the request is out of my skill level.

If you’re interested, send me a note with the following;
-References or a detailed character description.
-Summaries of your characters’ personalities.
-Preference: [pose, expression, outfits, background, an idea of what you want]
-Your Paypal information
-Let me know if you have any questions or concerns

Payment:
- PayPal only.
- I will be using invoices to request payment.
- Payment must be sent within 48 hours or your commission will be canceled.
- I will show you sketch but will not proceed further after this stage until I am paid in full.
Changes/Refund:
- Please bring up any corrections needed when I show you the sketch.
- I will not proceed after the sketch stage until I am paid in full.
- Once the sketch is approved, only minor changes will be done if asked.
- After the sketch stage, it's $30 per big change like changing the pose completely, draw a whole new background, etc.
Canceling:
- If I have to cancel your commission after received payment you will get all your money back.
- If YOU have to cancel the commission after received payment you will receive a partial refund based on how much work has already been done.
- Once the drawing is done there is no refund.
Work Schedule:
-Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
-6:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time Zone.
-Expect a turnaround of 1 to 2 months after receiving payment
-Bear in mind that I have a busy work schedule
-You may ask for progress updates bearing the above in mind.
