Vosdugolva's Pokemon Inflation Experiment

I decided to give 
vosdugolva 's thing a go! It really is do-able to go through ALL. 2 Hundred. Seventy-Two. Pokemon. In a few hours to see which ones inflate the best!
I like inflating Pokemon like balloons! But you tend to see the same Poke-balloons at times here. This is a thought experiment to see what different people with the inflation fetish tend to prefer in their inflated pokemon. As of now (Feb 1, 2016), there are 272 official Pokemon in existence, not including different Form(e)s. Just rank each and every pokemon 1 out of 5, from lowest to highest inflatability.
You could organize a folder full of Pokemon references into 5 folders... Or you could do the complicated thing like I did and make a text file and type out each National Pokedex number.

Please don't take these choices, or this experiment, too seriously. This experiment is for how well different people think certain pokemon balloon up, NOT a list of the "best" Pokemon (though your opinion will probably play into this anyways). Everyone has a different opinion! The choices should be done quickly, using your gut feelings. And your choices will probably change the next day. Hey, this is just for fun!
