I really needed to do one..Even if it's pretty simple/basic things~ I might have to come back sometime and edit it XD
By commissioning me you agree to every term of service in here. If any terms are breached, I can cancel your commission, with warning. A refund will only be given if I cannot finish the commission/ I cancel your commission. (EX. Laptop died/tablet broke/ etc.)
Terms of Service
1. Since I produced the drawing, I have the right to use the artwork in whatever way I please, for example:
-use the artwork to promote myself in any place or site
- display it anywhere
- use it as an example
2. I OWN the rights. You may not use the artwork for money-gaining purposes, or vast distribution. You may discuss with me buying the rights.
3. If YOU commissioned the artwork, you may repost it with proper credit.
4. I have the right to refuse any commission without giving reason (Usually if it's something I feel uncomfortable doing).
5. Don't rush me, please. Though, You are More than Welcome to inquire about the process of your commission.
6. You may not crop my signature out of the picture.
7. If you are commissioning me, please check my gallery's current works to make sure you like my style. My anatomy may change with the personality of your character.
8. I do accept private commissions, for an added fee (1/5th the commission price).
GENERAL:
** I require a drawn reference of the desired character
// unless you're ordering a ref sheet// then random images of the character will do.
PAYMENT:
Payment up front unless I say otherwise. I won't start until I receive the full payment.
I only accept Paypal (USD) transactions.
***Please, When filling out the information, please set the address as "No address needed"! I only take Digital commissions~! I will not be sending anything in the mail so no address is needed~!
**Full refunds are ONLY if I can no longer work with a commissioner or I as the artist have taken over a month to complete the commission.
I have the right to recycle the sketch or progress on canceled commissions.
Do not open a PayPal dispute without contacting me beforehand. I will take legal action if I feel I am being taken advantage of.
The commissioner is responsible for their own financial situation.
I do not issue refunds for the commissioner's failure to manage personal finances and/or obligations.
-Rude or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated. I please ask you to be friendly or respectful at least, I want to work with you for a satisfactory final product!* ;w;
Will Draw:
-Anthro
-Human(oid)
-Monster/Alien/Other.
-Backgrounds/Clothing/Objects. (bg)
-Mild-ish gore (I haven't drawn any in a long while so I need to practice first)
-NSFW-Nude drawings~ I like naked thangs :U Porn-related drawings as well (But I'm not the best)
*I'm open to trying new things, but It may come out different than expected if I haven't drawn anything like it before*
Will not draw:
-Elicit use of drugs/alcohol. (underage usage).
-Death related stuff
-Mecha/Robots.
-Ideologically sensitive material*
*If it's intent is to offend/attack a person/group.
-Extreme fetishes:
--scat
--vore
--babyfur
--death related fetishes
--ETC (Can't think right now. Ask and I'll let you know If I'll draw it or not xD)
~!When commissioning me please understand that I have a life outside of the Internet and get sick a lot, so if it takes a few days for me to work on a commission or post anything, that is why. I get on FA frequently~! So you're welcome to note me to inquire about the progress on your commission!~
I will post journals on either Furaffinity, deviantART, or Twitter when I am accepting commissions. Please read all the details in each journal as I may only be accepting a specific type of commission and have possible requirements.
Do not take a commission slot if you aren't ready to pay, don't know what you want, or you don't have references ready.
Your commission will be void and your slot will be given up to the next interested client.
Once I accept your commission, I will contact you via note or email (whichever you prefer) either with my PayPal address or requesting yours.
After payment is received I request reference material. Picture reference is required UNLESS the commission is a reference, please be as specific as possible if that is the case. Do not change your references once I have started.
PLEASE, If changes are needed to the commission let me know when I send you a WIP of the sketch or the lineart. It's hard changing things when I've already begun coloring and shading.
