To anyone who never got their free icons: CLAIM THEM HERE.

Anyone who applied for a free icon or entered either the Free Icons Promotion or the Raffle Preregistration may come still to this journal to get an icon made.
That said, I'll still want the following:
- A fresh reference or description for the character in question.
- A basic idea of the character's expression or personality-type. If this isn't provided I will improvise and you'll have to live with whatever I come up with.
- A link to my profile would be nice but isn't expected given the circumstances here.
Naturally, all of the rules of the old promotion apply, so...
- One character per icon
- One icon per person
- Icons are shoulders-up only
This offer will never expire, so feel free to drop in whenever to claim your icon.

Alright, it's about time I owned up to this, or paid the piper, or any expression you'd want to use to describe how I UTTERLY FUCKED UP AND NOW NEED TO BE RESPONSIBLE ABOUT IT.
For those not "in the know" about this, I ran a promotion about nine months ago. In this promotion, I offered icons to ANYONE who requested one, in return for linking my gallery. It was massively successful. Too successful. I ultimately ended up with a backlog of about 60 Icons, which I deluded myself into thinking I could actually finish.
I did make about 40 of them at wildly varying levels of quality before burning out, then getting swept up with other obligations and not being able to get back to them. This is obviously bad and I'm sorry. I'll attempt to put realistic limitations on any further promotions to prevent anything like this happening ever again.
Over the course of the last few months, I'm back in a position where I could reasonably do icons again. So naturally, I should be getting back to those. Under normal circumstances, I would just say better late than never and try to finish them anyway. However, it's been so long since I've failed to deliver the icons a lot of you may have forgotten about them completely, don't want them anymore, no longer have active accounts or have new fursonas or refs you'd rather I use instead.
Due to these possible problems, I've decided that setting up a claims thread would be better than simply making them and hoping that they're still liked and wanted. So, without further adieu, here it is...
