[INFORMATION] Adoptable Characters

╔════════════════💗🌟💗════════════════╗ It's come to my attention that I may need to make an entry for those of you who would like to purchase adoptable characters from me. I am very lax about these for the most part, but here is some information that some of you may like to know!!
GENERIC CHARACTERS:
This includes lions, tigers, bears, Oh my lol. Anything that is your basic animals or simply NOT a species that I have created.
- You buy complete rights to these designs.
- You can use them for anything your heart desires! Once purchased, they are YOUR characters. I will not in any way keep rights of them. Use them for porn, web comics, commercial purposes, you name it you can do it.
- I do not own anything about these characters. All I did was make a pretty design~ :)
The only thing I ask is that when you upload the design to your galleries, please give proper credit for the design to NekoSatan and, if I have used a base to get the design down, the bases creator. After the initial upload, you do not have to continue to link to my page - though if you would like to, that is appreciated as it allows others to know who created the design if they would like an adoptable character from the same creator.
ANIMOSHIA AND OPIA CHARACTERS:
Animoshia and Opia are species I have created. They have lore, and both of these species are kind of detailed as far as the characters themselves go. This being said, I kind of NEED to have a new rule set for them.
- You are buying the character design ONLY. You are not purchasing the rights to the species.
- You cannot change anything about these characters. They are made specific for each character. This is including GENDER, since both species are either majority female, or completely female. If you would like something specific to your taste with one of these species, I would be happy to make you a custom.
- You may use them for artwork, stories, etc. as long as their lore is followed (past-wise once they are in your hands, you are able to create their future here on Earth.. some do come with certain personality traits that will need to be followed - these can some times be changed, if you would like, by NekoSatan, though not all personality traits are static. Examples of these static traits would be Warriors, Dancers, and other occupations that they had on Examplia). I also ask that they not be used for commercial use, as it is a lot harder to make sure that the lore is followed. Overall, it is simply bad manners to do this with someone's created species.
Although the rule of NON-CHANGE is set, you may do transformations (funny little inserts every now and then), as long as the character isn't changed permanently. Feel free to message me if you would like to know some more information on what is allowed, that maybe I haven't covered here. As said, I am a very lax person, all I want is that these characters stay within the lore I have created.
When uploading your Animoshia or Opia character (characters if you really like the species and want to buy more *w* hehe), please allow a link to my page : link NekoSatan : (no spaces) as both the species creator, so others will be able to find out more if they would like one as well, and to be able to find useful information on them!!
COMMON AND UNCOMMON ANIMOSHIA are not closed - you may create your own or get a cheaper adoptable from myself if you would like. The more rare an animoshia is the higher the price will be. Please ask if you would like to more information or would like to have a CUSTOM made for you ~~
