To avoid confusion about policies regarding fursuit commissions, here is a run-down of policies and frequently-asked-questions. Updated, current prices are included.

Fursuit Terms of Service


Must be read and agreed to before construction of a suit begins.

-Full fursuits start at $1100. Partials start at $850. Deluxe suits start at $1400. Plush suits at $1500. Spandex full suits start at $800. What each type of suit includes can be found on my front FA page.

-To get a commission, contact me through FA or email. Serious commission inquiries only.

-I am willing to make adult-themed suits. However, adult themed suits cannot be sent back for repairs once sent out. This includes any suits made with a sheath or zipper/SPH.

-50% of total cost is required before ordering fur and beginning build to cover material costs, and is non-refundable. Fur color and type will be agreed on before order; if additional types of furs or changes to fur is requested by commissioner, additional costs apply. If any parts need to be re-made for change of color requested by the commissioner after agreement on colors, extra cost will apply.

-Cosmetic changes can be made to suit up to a certain point. Some changes may require additional cost. Progress pictures will be sent to commissioner, and this is the best time to request changes.

-Once suit is finished, remainder of payment is expected. If payment cannot be made immediately, it must be made in a reasonable amount of time.

-Once suit is finished, any major changes (i.e., completely changing colors, remaking the head, etc.) will require additional cost, and will add to completion time.

-Repairs can be done anytime. Issues from general 'wear and tear' or activity will be done for a fee. 'Adult' suits cannot be sent back for repairs.

-Refunds cannot be made, as the costs of the suit are used for materials and living expenses. If it is an emergency situation, that will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If payments cannot be made, or the commission is being cancelled, suit will go up on a furry auction site if the rest of the cost of the suit cannot be made, and anything over the owed amount will go to the commissioner. Refunds will be given only if I cancel the commission.


Fursuit FAQ


What is average turn around time for completion?

Average time for a suit is 5-10 weeks. May take longer for specialty items, such as digigrading, wings, etc. Spandex only suits and partials may also be quicker.

What should I have for a suit commission?

A reference sheet is great, but not required. If you do not have a ref sheet, provide an accurate, detailed description. Make sure you cover every detail that is important. If something is left out and needs to be added later, it may add to overall cost. Not including details that are added later will fall on the commissioner.

How often are commissions open?

Almost always =3

What sorts of fur are available?

Generally, I use Distinctive Fabrics (www.distinctivefabrics.com) for my fur. If you have a specific fur you would like used, please note that in your initial requests.

Do you use/require duct tape dummies?

Duct tape dummies are not required, and usually only used at the commissioner's request. I usually use a list of easy measurements for constructing suits.

What forms of payment are acceptable?

PayPal is preferred. Money orders and checks are acceptable. Cash is a last-resort measure, and should be well-hidden if sent through the mail.

Can other items besides the suit be made?

This is done on a case-by-case bases. Contact me for a better answer of what you have in mind. Footpaws, handspaws, tails, and zentai (spandex) suits can be done, email for a quote.
